I wish there is a sign for the hotel

Jamal and his team are friendly. He loves talking to people and give you hitns in how to go about your day in Cairo. I enjoyed having conversation with all team members. Rooms, and mattress, clean, and comfortable,, Rooftop is beautiful, food is awosome, great stuff is amazing, oversees the pyramids, I highly recommend it if you want stay close to Pyramids. To get to the pyramids, you take an uber, it's around 2km away the gates close to the hotels are closed and not allowed for tourists. Shokram Jamal

It was close to pyramids and the museum. Also I had a meeting in Marriott hotel where I had my business meeting. Also the breakfast was nice we used to pick the country and Egyptian breakfast.

The pool is not part of the hotel's, it's a common pool shared with all buildings of the villa. Cleaniness unknown. The terrace is not part of the hotel's itself--you have to go to the building next door (which is another hotel?) and use that rooftop. Whilst you do have full access, it is not directly in the building so very inconvenient. The rooftop is a restaurant, not a lounge area.

Great value, staff is amazing--so helpful. The location is as indicated, you are right in front of the pyramids. Clean, a good stay.

One small niggly thing was the lack of hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom and limited space for toiletries. Also no hand held shower attachment, but this is in the context of a great room and great service overall

The bed was firm. Be aware there is no alcohol in this hotel or restaurant and nowhere to buy any. If we had known we would have brought a bottle of duty free from London

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Omar went and bought plasters for us when my husband cut his foot and did not want to take any money; saying guests are family. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and very good value.

I can’t think of anything negative

Very clean and modern room. I stayed one week and felt part of the family. They are so helpful and thoughtful. I will stay here when I return without hesitation.

The staff was perfect, and very helpfull, I could not pass the reception without being asked How are sir? or Do you need anything?. I have to highlight Adham, Omar, Manu, they were always at our disposal, and were very friendly.

The noise isolation is not the greatest especially when guests are checking in or out. The echo travels from reception at least to the room we stayed in.

Completely new place, everything is modern, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the hospitality and warmth. Water and tea is readily available for you. Breakfast is really good and the view is magical. We went for diner there as well and really enjoyed the sunset with magical pyramids. Location is perfect walking distance to the pyramids of Giza and new Grand Egyptian museum. Many restaurants around the area and we felt quite safe walking around during the night.

The pool in the middle of the complex was not working, the swimming pool inside was not suitable for kids (too deep) and not very clean.

The view of tye pyramids from the roof is breathtaking. Egyptian breakfast was superb!!!

We really enjoyed the personalized service we received form this hotel. Not only is the location far from the city center chaos, great, but the Pyramids´ view from the breakfast terrasse is the best ever. Manu and Gamal organized our tours with private guide in French and Spanish for the family and contributed to the success of our trip. We strongly recommend this hotel.
