The restaurant looks old. There is no lift and no telephone in the room. Therefore, going up and down from the room is difficult.

Location is wonderful, just opposite to Nile cornice, where most of the cruise ships are parked. It is a good place for evening walk and is also close to the Souk. We booked all the Day Trips through the hotel. Menna was great for that.

Old hotel with no elevators, very basic infrastructure. It's on Aswan corniche so has Nile view with cruise ships parked. Groceries & convenient stores are next door for travelers, serves well for over night stay - non families. We had requested for 'tiffin' breakfast which was kept ready.

The room was tiny and the AC super loud, so it was really hard to sleep. There was only one very old and dirty looking towel in the room even though we are two. We went to the reception to get another one, but the next day the cleaner had taken away both towels and we again had to get new ones. Both were dirty and old again. The shower didn't drain, but they fixed that promptly when we asked them to. They also didn't understand (or care) when I at breakfast said I can't eat bread or gluten but eggs are ok instead, so I still got the same bread, muffin and pancake as everyone else. (I did also message the hotel through booking.com beforehand and they said they will arrange eggs..)

The hotel location is excellent, across the street from the Nile River, near boat launches and restaurants. Staff were excellent and very helpful, going out of their way. Breakfast was very good, with set food coming to your table that included a boiled egg, muffin, fruit salad, yogurt, honey, jam, butter, fresh hot falafel and fresh hot sweet crepes, coffee and tea. They will pack you a breakfast box if needed.

we got something like an apartment , with hall and large sofa, kitchen area, some welcome cookies and snacks, 2 rooms very spacious and both have balkony overlooking the nile river with fellucas and cruise ships . we are able to view the breathtaking sunset from our own balkony . It was a unforgettable adventure for us. we reached the hotel at 11 am and the staff are very welcoming and able to check-in since room is available. the room was clean. Room404

Ac doesn't heat, an no other heating. It was cold. Street is loud since the windows don't seal enough. But the streets are a little bit calmer than in cairo, in the night. Bath doesn't have a plug. Only showering is possible. Wifi did not work

Location and service. Manager incharge Ma Sandi’s Angad was excellent and very supportive in making all arrangements even days in advance before we arrived. Breakfast was also delicious served well on the table. We left early at 6.30, our breakfast boxes were ready with hot tea and coffee, good care.

Staff members attempt to sell trips as soon as you enter, pressuring you about excursions. Once they realise you won't purchase any tours, they stop paying attention to you. When I extended my stay, despite booking a higher category room, they tried to give me to a lower standard room. Be cautious and watch your back. Overall, worth much less than 70 usd per night

Good location, but basic accommodation. WiFi is unreliable and only works in the lobby. Breakfast is adequate and repetitive, with the same options daily. River view is amazing!!!!
