Everything was nice

The owner welcomed us and made us feel at home, the whole personal are friendly, smiling and helpful. The view to the pyramids is exceptional, the rooms are clean and have everything you need and the breakfast is delicious!

Our room was not cleaned everyday. During our 6days stay our room was cleaned only twice, even though the bed covers weren’t changed. Another problem was that our balcony was shared. Which was not mentioned while booking. So the first 3days we couldn’t sleep thanks to our noisy neighbours, as they were having party.

Firstly the staff were really great and helpful. They took great care of us, specially Dina. She gave us an awesome room with incredible view. She gave us a complimentary mango juce for our anniversary. The day we checked out we asked them to arrange an airport cab at the last moment, but they somehow managed that. Even after reaching the Cairo airport Dina messaged us to ask if we have reached safely.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff are just amazing, can't do enough to make your stay perfect. The location is unbelievable, I could see 3 pyramids whilst I lay in my bed and you can see 5 pyramids and the sphinx whilst you eat your breakfast on the rooftop. The local people in Giza are all just so friendly and me and my family felt so safe walking around, both day and night. Can't recommend it enough, we had the best time staying here.

This hotel doesn't have a load of additional amenities, but who cares! They had everything we needed and were so helpful and friendly.

The staff couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. When one of the family was ill, they went to the pharmacy for us - just one of the many things they did for us - the list of examples would be endless. I could see 3 pyramids and the sphinx as a lay in my bed and the view from the rooftop eating and relaxing area is even more breathtaking. The hotel staff acted as guide for us and was able to show us and tell us things we would have missed out on. My father has wanted his whole life to come and visit Egypt, the staff at this hotel have made his wait worthwhile and our visit perfect.

There were minor inconveniences like electrical plugs that were difficult to operate and a shower curtain hangar that didn’t work well, but the room was such terrific value one can’t complain. And staff will help with any issue.

Very nice breakfast. Fantastic view of pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. Hotel is in an older building that has been renovated. Clean and comfortable. Great location close to the Sphinx entrance to the pyramids. Staff is wonderful and will arrange reasonably priced airport transfers and guided sightseeing. Also you can order meals from a local restaurant. Good value.

Low water pressure in the shower but that's not really their fault. Recommended to bring earplugs to sleep through street noise as for almost everywhere in Egypt. Breakfast is nothing special, but still nice and with a great pyramid view.

Very friendly staff, amazing beds and very close to the pyramids of Gizeh. A supermarket (cheap!), fruit shop, and many food places at less than a minute walking. Great value for money, very clean and comfortable.

It was perfect.

Wow what a view . Within a 4 min walk your at the road up to the Great Pyramids of Egypt. The view from the room is perfect. Absolutely very clean! A real year. There is a lift. And rooftop cafe. Magid, and the staff are friendly helpful and professional.

Nothing at all.

The property was newly renovated so the room was clean and updated. The view off the balcony was an exceptional view of the pyramids. there is always someone at the front door of the building to help you come in so I’ve always felt safe as a solo traveler coming in late. There are fruit stands and shops right across the street so it was great to have them amenities close.

Didnt take cards only Egyptian money. Info on booking.com wrong. Noisey location on street. Only 1 english tv channel.

Friendly hotel and great view of pyramids. Good price for what you get. Clean bedding. Simple brecky.
