hospitality was perfect

I booked a suite but was deceived and given a smaller room, while still paying the suite price. They also charged me for my small dog even though the website stated there were no additional costs. The hotel is not safe – someone knocked on my door at 12:20 midnight, people I didn’t know. I didn’t feel safe, which forced me to leave the hotel the next day even though my booking was still ongoing.

This is scam. Booking should remove this and the other hotels in the same building. Absolutely incredible how they're using this as a" hotel" that do not exist to make you pay for another hotel

We booked what was supposed to be a large room with a jacuzzi, but were instead given a basic, standard room with none of the features we paid for. When I raised the issue, the staff insisted I had only booked a standard room – despite the fact that my app clearly showed the jacuzzi room. When I asked them to show me the booking confirmation from their side, they completely ignored me. To make matters worse, the door lock to our room wasn’t even working. When I tried to get help, there was no one at reception, so I had to go outside into the street to look for the guy myself. Eventually, we were told to use a side door entrance which led to our room — absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. The included breakfast? Don’t count on it. I requested it three times in one day, and each time I was told “10 minutes.” It never arrived — just empty promises and no follow-through. The TV didn’t work, no satellite, no channels — nothing but a blank screen. On top of that, they tried to claim that booking taxes hadn’t been paid, even though I paid everything upfront — a clear attempt to scam guests. This wasn’t a real hotel — just a few flats being rented out by completely unprofessional people with no idea how to run a hospitality business. You’re basically left to figure things out yourself. Do not even think about staying here unless you’re ready to deal with lies, broken amenities, no staff, and a whole lot of hassle. One of the worst experiences I’ve had.
