Breakfast, location and staff were all excellent. I really appreciated the additional support in the evening when we arrived, the fantastic breakfast on the roof and the help in sorting out the taxi. VERY recommended :)

Just had the privilege of staying a couple of nights at Sultan’s delightful place. The bedroom view really is exactly what you have to see to believe and the breakfast terrace has the pyramids as neighbours too. Despite the above, our memories were made by our host himself and we even had the wonderful joy of meeting his mum. Thank you, Sultan for organising the Giza guide and his camels and the taxi service to and from Giza airport. An unforgettable experience. PS. Missing your Turkish tea.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It was simply a wonderful experience, a wonderful view and an extra wonderful host.

+ A wonderful hotel with a great location compared to the streets of Egypt. It is an excellent location. The rooms are quiet and are cleaned daily. We noticed that Mohamed makes every effort to satisfy customers and arranges tours at a special price. The breakfast is really wonderful. I recommend them.

+ The pyramids tour was amazing. I loved everything about it, the breakfast was great, and the location was easy to access. We arrived at night too, and check-in was very easy. There is a welcome drink, they offer SIM cards at a good price, and they offer tours all over Egypt. I highly recommend booking with them. Thank you for everything.

My wife and me stayed for 5 nights and it was very nice experience, authentic and pleasant. The roof of the hotel and the room window offer a fantastic view of the pyramids! The owners of the hotel greeted us very warmly. The breakfasts were delicious. I have a very good impression of this place. I recommend it to everyone who goes to Egypt to see history with their own eyes first of all - it's a 5-minute walk to the southern entrance to the Giza plateau. The new Cairo Museum is not too far away, as well to fill full our wish the owner had organized for us one day trip to the beach at the Red Sea. We will come back again here.

Wonderful hotel + In fact, this is the first time I've felt this place was worth more than what I paid for. This place is amazing, and I recommend everyone try this place and their tours as well, as they organize tours in a very organized way. I'll decide to go here.

Super nice stay with a great host! Sultan gave us a warm welcome and made me a turkish coffee after a chaotic day - thank you very much for that. It‘s just five minutes from the pyramides ticket office and the view from the roof terrace is perfect. Sultan even made special vegetarian breakfast for as! Can‘t ask for more. Shukran jazeelan!!

Pyramids view

We didn’t received breakfast on second day ! We didn’t had heating in second room , it was extremely cold there . We 3 persons needed to sleep in one double bed , cause only one room wasn’t ice cold !!

1. The host: Sultan, our host was a fabulous person. He arranged our airport pick-up at the market rates and waited for us even when our flight was delayed. Went out of his way to take us to the local market and help us buy a winter jacket as we were not prepared for the cold winters. Also, never did try to sell any tour packages unless and until we asked for it. 2. The location: right infront of the pyramids. 2 mins walk to one of the entrance gates. Breakfast view is exactly what you see in the pictures uploaded. 3. Comfort: Comfort was OK. Travellers should note that Giza is different than Cairo and you wont find the most upscale hotels here compared to what you get in Cairo. Given these constraints, the comfort level was ok. Even the locality of Giza is as of a small town/suburbs. No complaints from us as we were aware where we were staying. Personal recommendation: Travellers can choose to book their airport pick-ups, day trips and sight-seeing experiences via Sultan. Genuine guy. We booked via GetYourGuide/Viator and hence we know and recommend others to NOT do the same mistake as us.

1. Breakfast : Was good but cold. May be this is how the egyptian breakfast is, nothing specific to Solimar Pyramids view. We were more used to hot early morning meals. This is just an personal opinion though.

It’s a family business, and I have to be honest here. I feel like the previous reviews are not genuine and they give a false expectation to new visitors. Even the owner asked us to give “good review”, but we can’t just give that. It doesn’t serve neither the owner, nor the visitors. The visitors need to know what to expect. Our family is disappointed. We could smell from the toilet. Things are old and no maintenance. You can sleep for a fair price, but that’s all. We didn’t eat anything special from the breakfast. It’s made by their family in the same building. We felt like we were visiting a traditional Egyptian family. We hope people are honest in providing genuine reviews. We didn’t use the bathroom. But the owner is a nice guy, but he has taken our pictures and put it on his website without our permission. I hope he removes them.

Everything was great. The view from the room of the three pyramides is spectacular. Also from the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served, the pyramides are literrally in front of you. The breakfast is great, traditional egyptian food, big variety and abundant. The owner Sultan is very helpful, he helped us arrange tours and taxis at very good prices. The room is clean and equiped with everything you need. We will return there for few more days because we liked it so much :)

It was great choice. The view is perfect. The photos are real. Owner good person, very polite and always ready to help. He speaks in English, Russian and Italian.

A wonderful view of the three pyramids. A clean and spacious room. A nice breakfast. I recommend arranging trips with Mr. Sultan because he is one of the best people. I liked everything.

stayed at a lovely hotel with stunning views of the pyramids, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Each morning, I enjoyed a satisfying breakfast that, while not extravagant, was perfectly fine to start my day. The friendly staff truly made a difference, always ready to assist with a warm smile and helpful recommendations. Overall, this hotel offered a delightful stay with the !grandeur of the pyramids as a backdrop

Lovely place and view, we felt like family, the owners and friends were very welcoming and available for anything and request. Typical and characteristic food. We decided to extend our stay because we were happy to stay!!! in that place. Sultan number 1!!! Thanks😍✨

The place is very clean, the breakfast is great, and it has a wonderful view of the pyramids. The manager is helpful and cheerful and meets all needs. I advise everyone to stay in this hotel, which has a strategic location. In the end, I thank all the workers for the wonderful service. There is a transportation service from the airport to the hotel at the specified times, and it has tourist tours at very special prices.

The property is so accessible to tourist places and its easy to locate via google maps the host is very accomodating and treat there guest like a family if ur looking for a homey vibes its really highly recommended i will surely come back here.. the family is so nice and warmth welcome to there guest.. highly recommended!

excellent hotel for the price. the manager responded to our various needs (excursion, luggage storage, very early breakfast) we also spent some time in the evening together to see the neighborhood. a great time for our trip. we will return with pleasure.

More an advice, used Uber to go to this hotel, it’s easy and cheap.

It was a completely exceptional stay. I liked the view of the pyramids and the breakfast. Mr. Sultan organized everything upon my arrival. I also liked the cleanliness of the place. I thank everyone for the unforgettable stay❤️♥️

Everything. Location, view from the room, food, rooftop, quality of furniture. Friendly owner tried to fix everything what we needed. Its small, but cozy room. For sure will recommend this place and i wish them to have a small fridges in the rooms) the view on the pyramides is magical.

This place is amazing. You can have a view for Pytamids from room and from balcony on the roof. Breakfast in this place was the best and it was delicious. didn't want go out from this hotel. Sultan is so nice person. He help in everything anytime, still in contact. You can go there and be totally relax and not worry about anything. It's a begging for him but he take care about everything as well as he can. Bedroom was very comfortable. Location is perfect... about 8 minutes walk to Pytamids. For sure i will come back there.
