The hotel staff were ever ready to cater to our every need. We had a challenge with our baggage being misplaced by Egyptair and the manager helped us get some necessary supplies and offered all kinds of support we needed

Lift is non standard. Aways from pyramids. No shop or restaurant around. Only you have to take food from hotel restaurant only.

Good option in less budget. Staff excellent especially security staff very hardworking and helpful. Mr Samy. Mr Saleh and other receptionist all very helpful and friendly.

It's in a bit of a nowhere area, but taxis are cheap. Tours offered are a bit steep. We got an equivalent tour for a third of the price through booking.com.

Good value - clean, new soft beds, yes there is a view of the pyramids at a bit of a distance (wow, they're big!), the gentlemen at reception and Mustafa in the cafe are friendly. The breakfast they are changing each day. The dinner we bought was tasty too.

Unique stay, very clean rooms and very helpful staff I highly recommend this place the people are very nice and everything is made sure to be clean and convenient, value for money, they have very unique travel programs and can organize any trip I would like to thank the owner of the place, Mr. Mahmoud. He was cooperative and always trying to help. I will come back again.

For getting around, you should consider requesting a taxi, using Uber or renting a car.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering a range of trip arrangements, taxis, and transfers. The guide arranged by the hotel, Ahmed, is an exceptional person who has shown me countless amazing places and helped create unforgettable memories. The hotel is new, clean, and stylish, just like the rooms. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, providing a beautiful view of the pyramids when the weather is pleasant.

- the address of the actual hotel was not clear for us (if you come by rental car it's a bit confusing where to drive to exactly, but still no problem)

- new building and very compfy bed - very nice bathroom and stylish rooms - very clean - friendly and very welcoming staff - fast wifi - for the price that we payed it's a super nice place
