We had a wonderful stay here, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting Siwa. The owner, Ali, was incredibly kind and helpful—he truly went above and beyond for us. From allowing an early check-in to arranging a late checkout at around 7 PM the next day (including giving us a ride to the bus station), his hospitality made our stay seamless and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great air-conditioning—a much-needed relief in the Siwa heat. The property is about a 20-minute drive to the main market, where we picked up fresh fruits and snacks. Ali also helped us arrange trips to the salt lakes and a desert safari at a very reasonable price, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. As our departure time was much later, he even offered us another room to rest in until our bus arrived—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was satisfying, and overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. If you're heading to Siwa, this is definitely the place to stay. It's located some distance from the center of town and getting there would have been a total hassle except for the assistance of the people who worked there ferrying me.

The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the people who worked there could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

The host was really helpful and welcoming, and he made sure he helped us with our planning and went out of his way to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need, and the hotel is right in the middle of the town, close to everything. I will be back!

Room insulation- room gets really chilly in winter nights. We placed a towel under the door on 2nd night and it actually helped.

Flexible checkin, helpful owners and staff, local sightseeing options arranged by owner. Also, owner gave us a temporary room to relax after checkout!

Breakfast is served at the hotel roof which is too cold in December Would be good if the hotel arrange the breakfast inside the tent or use tools / service that keeps it warm

Breakfast area does have some flies. I guess it's impossible to not have any in Siwa, even in the middle of deep desert there are armies of flies...

Oasis among the oasis, only here I feel I can escape the dirtiness, the endless flies .. Siwa is magical but it's dirty on the surface for sure lol. However Qasr EI Salam is super clean, such a breath of fresh air as soon as you step into it. Traditional decor but modern comfort. AC works well, hot shower nice flow and temperature, lots of power sockets (yes I found lots power sockets extremely helpful). Host gave us a fruit basket with plenty of fresh fruits, new bottles of water every day, staff nice and polite. Also, on booking.com it says there's no wifi here, it's a lie haha. They have WiFi and it totally works well enough for basic browsing and entertainment.

The property is nice and clean, a good choice for Siwa. The best part is the owner of the property can help arrange Safari tour to Sahara Desert and star gazing, salt lake swimming with very reasonable price! The driver was very nice and kind, this experience exceeded our expectations.

The room is spacious, and all the service is fantastic. The owner helped us book the tuktuk for the day tour to various tourist attractions. Also he helped us to book the bus tickets back to Cairo. We are so pleased when he offered us opportunity to wash and rest before taking the bus. The overall experience is amazing.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff are really helpful and friendly, helping organise food and dealing with all our needs. The pool is lovely and breakfast on a roof terrace is really tasty with stunning views over Siwa.
