We had a wonderful stay here, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting Siwa. The owner, Ali, was incredibly kind and helpful—he truly went above and beyond for us. From allowing an early check-in to arranging a late checkout at around 7 PM the next day (including giving us a ride to the bus station), his hospitality made our stay seamless and stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great air-conditioning—a much-needed relief in the Siwa heat. The property is about a 20-minute drive to the main market, where we picked up fresh fruits and snacks. Ali also helped us arrange trips to the salt lakes and a desert safari at a very reasonable price, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. As our departure time was much later, he even offered us another room to rest in until our bus arrived—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was satisfying, and overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. If you're heading to Siwa, this is definitely the place to stay. Everything it's perfect,

The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the people who worked there could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

It's located some distance from the center of town and getting there would have been a total hassle except for the assistance of the people who worked there ferrying me.

The host was really helpful and welcoming, and he made sure he helped us with our planning and went out of his way to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need, and the hotel is right in the middle of the town, close to everything. I will be back!

Very beautiful property with truly an amazing staff, the most accommodating team who even managed to check us in early in the morning and support us with the stay after the check out. The views from the roff were stunning

Ali is a very helpful manager, he helped us with the tours and the transfer from Cairo. The room is spacious and beautiful.

Large comfortable rooms, welcoming and cheerful staff. Grateful for bowl of beautiful fruit, enjoyed garden/pool setting. Charming local style building.

Flexible checkin, helpful owners and staff, local sightseeing options arranged by owner. Also, owner gave us a temporary room to relax after checkout!

Room insulation- room gets really chilly in winter nights. We placed a towel under the door on 2nd night and it actually helped.

Room was spacious clean and cozy The manager Ali was very kind and helpful I’d a problem in the bathroom when arrived and needed to fix I got another room which was smaller He brought a big fruit basket as a compliment then kindly helped us to return back to the original spacious room Also Hassan from staff was very helpful

Breakfast is served at the hotel roof which is too cold in December Would be good if the hotel arrange the breakfast inside the tent or use tools / service that keeps it warm

Oasis among the oasis, only here I feel I can escape the dirtiness, the endless flies .. Siwa is magical but it's dirty on the surface for sure lol. However Qasr EI Salam is super clean, such a breath of fresh air as soon as you step into it. Traditional decor but modern comfort. AC works well, hot shower nice flow and temperature, lots of power sockets (yes I found lots power sockets extremely helpful). Host gave us a fruit basket with plenty of fresh fruits, new bottles of water every day, staff nice and polite. Also, on booking.com it says there's no wifi here, it's a lie haha. They have WiFi and it totally works well enough for basic browsing and entertainment.

Breakfast area does have some flies. I guess it's impossible to not have any in Siwa, even in the middle of deep desert there are armies of flies...

The property is nice and clean, a good choice for Siwa. The best part is the owner of the property can help arrange Safari tour to Sahara Desert and star gazing, salt lake swimming with very reasonable price! The driver was very nice and kind, this experience exceeded our expectations.

Love it , the place is very clean , our room was just like 5 stars hotel room , very friendly stuff and they gave us a basket full of fruits for our anniversary ❤️❤️❤️ thank u all we had a pleasant time . They let our little dog in too 🥳
