Everything is just perfect, sea view is beautiful, food is tasty. they have several interesting activity program on beach everyday, and shows in the night. I've recommend this place to all my friends, Will definitely come again. .. That's 100% sure. I love it.

It’s a perfect spot for snorkeling. You can get free drinks at any bars and restaurants. Our family had a wonderful vacation here. Highly recommend.

Veratour has a dedicated area and is very loud music till 11.00+pm. It is not good for the family, when kids want to sleep. Disappointed relations with Santido, where on the site it is annoying as one compound with Rief, but in reality Santido facility is not available. A year ago we were in Santido, which cost less but better service.

Good location, good beach. Very good restaurants and foods selection.

Room was ok, but it was 24/7 noice looks like laundry with no way to sleep during the nights. also the curtains were torn. Shops offer overpriced products. e.g. snorkelling mask with price 45 Euro while shops outside the hotel (200 metres from hotel entrance) offer the same product for 15 Euro etc.

Nice beach, very friendly staff. reef is not the best, but OK. Dinners were OK, but not all restaurant had AC. free transfer from and to airport!

The rooms could have been cleaner, but the most important issue is the pier — it’s neglected, hard to walk on, unsafe, and really needs to be fixed as soon as possible. There could also be more evening entertainment, like shows or animations. We didn’t understand why the jacuzzi is only open from 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00 — it would be much better if it stayed open all day.

As a seaside destination, the hotel is perfect — the reefs are stunning. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. Especially at Cibum Buffet Restaurant, Abdurrahman — I have no words to describe him, he’s simply amazing! ⭐️ At the beach bar, Romany, and at Citadel Buffet Restaurant, Fatih and Mohammad — they are legendary people! 🩵

Very spread out with a tough walk up from the beach (60s couple) in the heat. Only did it once in a week. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility problems as some of the paths are breaking up and I saw no disabled access to any of the pools.

Hotel and grounds kept spotlessly clean by staff. There was always something to be found to eat in the restaurant and it was good quality food.

The hotel is a bit run down for a 4 star is more like a 3 star. Needs to be made a bit more modern. When we arrived the air conditioner did not work but we informed reception and they resolved it next day. Thank you

The hotel location is perfect for snorkelling ( great reef near) and beach lovers, staff is friendly and the food is amazing, all the restaurants were amazing and food quality is great.( if you are a foodie this is for you) The staff is super friendly and service works well even when they are busy. 90% of the guests are Italians so hotel orientated more for them, but as we love pasta do we did not mind :) Would come back! And recommend.

The staff spoke onlyin Italian and Russian. Only a few people were able to hold a conversation with us in English . We didn't make friends with anyone because 70% of the tourists were Italian and the rest from Russia, Ukraine etc. Non English or Polish tourists. All entertainment or activities on the beach only in Italian language, practically everything was made for Italian tourists. I think it's unfair because English is an international language and the staff should be able to communicate with other tourists, not only from Italy or Russia.

-access to the beach can be challenging for waking impaired people . in case, golf carts can be arranged and drive you to the beach. an all around free bus service is always available around the property. -management isn't always professional as I would expect: i emailed the property weeks in advance to request 4 rooms in the same block. our arrival was on a Saturday evening, during an unexpected busy period, this made waiting time lengthy. in the end we were assigned rooms scattered in different blocks,. I was expecting a change the next day . no attempt to try and rearrange the rooms was made. my suggestion to the management is: communication is important. showing you care for each single customer makes a difference. if you are super busy, no problema. but follow up ASAP the next day to show you are committed and propose solutions. otherwise customers might feel they are not taken care of.

the Sea the staff the rooms the food a big sized resort where nearly everything will make you feel at home. I liked the staff, smiling and always super helpful. all areas are kept super clean.

The only thing I would note is that the beach is very crowded and there's almost no space if you go there later than 9.00AM

Location Is great for families. Lots of swimming pools and an aqua park for kids. Beach is very close and water is amazing. Food is great with many options and almost at all hours.
