Exceptional stay! I would highly recommend it for a short term stay. The staff were very helpful and the building is very safe and guarder 24/7. It is very close to the center around 20-25 minutes by car. There is a mini supermarket in a gas station along with a McDonalds and a cafe nearby around a 11 minute walk.

The location is in the middle of no where — the area is new so it’s still under construction. The area is not safe to walk alone at night as it is filled with stray dogs ready to attack whoever is passing by.

The staff

The staff was very helpful. Room was spacious with a living room and a kitchenette. Room was modern equipped with good air conditioning. There is also a small shopping center which is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

Not really a complaint. The hotel is located in New Cairo a newly developed area which is far from all sightseeing spots. Luckily uber is not expensive and drivers were all able to locate this hotel.

Comfortable, really good and helpful staff and always available specially when coming late at night, large comfy bed, sofa bed, quiet and safe neighborhood, despite the woofing dogs. Not sure about wifi as we used ours, AC is working great in both rooms, good workable kitchenette Good value for money.

Not a walkable area ever, no services around, if you don’t have a car then Uber is your saver. It might take 5 -7 min to arrive and in many times the driver got lost and cancelled the trip. The location is a misleading sometimes. Though it’s new but needed maintenance. You have to ask for room cleaning every day, but once confirmed it’s done neatly. It is called Villa 70 as no Regal View sign outside to recognize the building.

The apartment is well designed and comfortable. The building is clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and respectful. The neighbourhood is good and felt safe. The streets are being renovated, so until it's done, everything seemed good.
