The bathroom of the apartment I stayed in needs some improvements. The shower cubicle is too small (I consider myself thin, 172cm height and 62kg). You do not have enough room to have a proper bath. In addition, the shower cubicle lets the water leak out to the whole bathroom causing the floor to become wet and slippery. I myself almost fell on the floor several times. Besides that, the Hotel is ok, the price is fair for what the facilities can provide you.

The place is well located and close to various touristic points (if you do not mind to walk a little bit). There is an ATM just a few steps from the hotel if you need it. There are restaurants (including Mc Donalds) and cafes nearby.

I did not receive a room eith balcony or any armchairs as mentioned in the booking ir was really noisy most of days using drills to fix rooms, there were lots of things missing as soap ,ac remote,room phone. They do not clean, they provide internet codes that means you need to call them daily to reconnect.The hotel is old and still need some recostructions like the showers...

Restaurant start working after 1:00 pm!!. For coffee or breakfast you need to go outside the hotel, it's really frustrating.

The worst treatment and the worst hotel. There is no one to come to clean the room. When I arrived, they did not take me to the room I had booked from the beginning. The elevator is clunky. The room is not good. It is narrow and does not have a balcony like in the picture. When we call from the room, no one answers for me. Frankly, the worst experience.

This Hotel is one of the Best in Cairo and Giza ,The money value is well and Location is close to lots of directions within Cairo City ..10 minutes by car from the down town ,also had every kind of Shops ,Restaurants and The Like But Above all is the wonderful fine people who work for this Hotel ,they are very hospitable ,very sincere and never met one starting from the Manager to the Security without a beautiful smile on their face ,,Their willingness to help is so obvious ..I truly feel at home there and My advice for any client looks for a safe and fine location to go there .....As a tour guide I had been in Nearly every Hotel and Cruise within Egypt ,the Service is really excellent ...Hotel is super clean and People really work very hard to make their clients comfortable ..Thank you
