Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I like most the high level of customer service at the hotel , especially Mr. Aziz he works as reciption he was very supportive and helpful for all my request, and also miss seren the personal assistant at Rixos he has done amazing support for me and my family.
