Good location and clean hotel staff helpful and friendly

Unfrequent cleaning

The Chef wonderful fellow who very helpful to assist you. He made me a great chicken dinner (as tired from 9.5 hour bus ride) with rice that was exceptional.

They need to fix from what i believe a pump....makes noise that really does not help sleep. However when mentioned to Staff they did I believe turn off the pump, But it was back on in early morning. Otherwise the Chef concern for Guests made up for problem.

The front desk girl was so handy. She looks like wonder woman. Proximity to everything is a relief. You need clothes? One shop beside the hotel, underwear? Walk a bit more, shoes? Food? Local restaurants and some points of interest for tourists? No need to worry because this hotel is safe and at the same time, downtown. I recommend it to all especially to solo travelers like me.

The staff was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Mr Mina and all his staff were pleasant and helpful. The kitchen staff were always smiling and willing to help. The location was central. Thank you Nardine for your hospitality

Comfortable hotel rooms, helpful staff including Carlos and very accommodating.

Lift was small but typical of Cairo. The double room was smaller than standard.

Very helpful and kind staff, especially (Nardeen and Saed). The hotel is excellently located in the heart of Cairo, and the price is very reasonable considering the quality of service. The rooms are clean, and the hotel has been recently renovated. I strongly recommend it.

All was good

Location was ok close to Egyptian Museum 15 mins walk, Tahrir sq, shops. Property was basic, clean, breakfast was simple. Giza about 30/40 mins away by uber.

No soap/ shampoo etc, tissues had to ask all then time and towels. If booking with children/ older children make sure rooms are requested for same level otherwise there are 6 floors. Will not move you once given.

The staff were wonderful. They helped me with everything. The location was excellent, near everything .I recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cairo with easy access to local attractions. The rooftop breakfast area had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was important during the hot days.

We has full table of food in the breakfast, it was really good, we enjoyed it so much!

The location of the hotel is quite hard to search in the first time, but the general location of the hotel is good, its close to a lot of touristic place!

New hotel, staff was very welcoming and responsive to address any queries. Slept well, could barely notice the noise outside. Nice terrace where you eat breakfast that includes a lot of food and you can also tailor your breakfast for your needs. Easy to get uber to go to touristic spots.

I think it’s good to leave at least a small bottle of water in the fridge When I arrived I was very thirsty and I didn’t find any water so I waited until I ordered it

Great breakfast on the roof which is lovely in the mornings. Perfect location right in a buzzing street of Cairo downtown. The people that work at the hotel are just lovely and super helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.
