EgyptI booked a triple room with one queen and one single bed, but was given a double room with two single beds and no space for an extra bed. The receptionist offered an upgrade to a family room for EGP 6,000, which wasn’t affordable, so we had to stay cramped in the smaller room. I recommend future guests who booked a triple room to confirm room details with the hotel before arrival.
The room was clean and spacious, and I’d like to extend special thanks to Awad and Ahmed from housekeeping for their excellent service. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of food, and the private beach was a lovely feature—especially with the convenient shuttle service that made access easy and comfortable.

United StatesEverything was great until I seen the bathroom. The bathroom is in desperate need of maintenance it was the worst part of the stay! The smell was so bad that the whole rooms starts smelling like sewer water and feces. Me and my husband almost left due to the smell of that bathroom. No joke! The bathroom was also leaking so bad that I had to throw so many towels to dry it off because there’s nothing for me to use to drain the water on the floor. Another thing is the WiFi, I understand it’s a big building and there’s so many people on the WiFi but I couldn’t even load a video and there wasn’t much on TV because most was in Arabic. Would I come here again? Maybe if I have no other choice.
Hotel is in a great location everything is close by. The staff were nice especially the housekeepers, Mariam Ramadan and Mohammad Hany, they did a fantastic job. Thank you!!

KuwaitThe room size was fine for a family stay. However, we booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We had a twin bed and a single bed. When we asked for an extra bed, we were notified that it would incur an additional charge! We slept three on the twin bed. On the booking site, which I booked from, it said one of my children would benefit from a free stay, which I did not receive! The location is perfect and close to everything. The last order in any restaurant or coffee shop is at 11:30 p.m. That embraced me when inviting some friends. The staff needs more practice for bathroom cleaning, as I had to sanitize the bathroom after every time they cleaned the bathroom.
The hotel had many amazing restaurants with a wonderful menu. Batta Hanem serves the best Egyptian menu. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The entertainment facilities were perfect. The hotel had cinemas, billiards, PS5, and many more.

Turkeywell, the central air conditioning sound is noisy! Also cupboards are a bit out of fashion and need some attention.
The location of the hotel is magnificent. You can get a great view of the sea or a side view, like in my room. The staff there is invaluable, doing their best to solve any problem that might happen, and finally making you feel at home. I had some small issues with the room, but Mr. M. Barakat did his best and was so attentive that he used to ask daily if we needed anything. Also, the housekeeping staff are caring staff who respond as quickly to anything you need... Mr. Ahmed, Miss.Nada and Miss. sara in the reception, also Miss. Ibtissam,Miss Mariem, and Mr. Muhammed Hosny are a few examples of such an active staff.. As for breakfast, it exceeded my expectations to be honest! Food was always delicious, fresh, and in great quantities that satisfied the number of guests that was increasing every day! we had the chance to have a new savings case and a new fridge, which means the hotel cares about the service they provide their customers. I enjoyed staying there very much, and I hope to be back soon. Thank you Tolip Hotel for everything.

KuwaitWell, The receptionists for the 1st time..we're so tempted..like under-pressure,The guide on the pool were a bit loose,guests were jumping with improper swimming suits and some were having beverages and no one forbid them. Also the furniture really needs refurbishment, and the curtains of the shower needs to be from a good water isolation material, and to offer an option of eldery guest to have rooms with shower box instead of bath tub.
For five years, Tolip in Alexandria has been my favorite escape. What makes it so special is the family-like atmosphere; it’s a place that feels both safe and incredibly cozy. The housekeepers, including the wonderfully kind and helpful Mostafa, Hossam, and Khamis, always make me feel so welcome. I can't get enough of the room designs and that fantastic play area , and the terrace as well.
