The breakfast is disappointing. We had lower expectations, already. But we still manage to be disappointed. The coffee was not included! We had a separated coffee for 100 EGP, and I wasn't able to finish it. We recommend you get an outside breakfast. At the first day, we arrived at the breakfast 8:30. Everything was cold, and there were only 3 boiled eggs. The room is very small and a bit old. There is little privacy in the bathroom. There is a bar/restaurant in the terrace, but the reviews were no good, and we didn't try it. Actually, the whole terrace was empty during the night, suggesting the restaurant is not the best. This is kind of a good thing, because we had the view exclusively to us.

Excellent location! Better pyramids view ever. Even better than the panorama view, inside the complex. It's possible to watch the light show from the terrace. There are many restaurants in the street. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The common areas were very well decorated and clean. They provide water all the time, which is very good in Egypt. As long as you don't count on the food, you will have a pleasant stay!

Food could be better. And it would be lovely to be able to drink a glass of wine while watching the pyramids - unfortunately they don’t serve alcohol.

Sahara Pyramids Inn is amazingly well located, just few meters from the entrance/exit of the Pyramids site! The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need (book a taxi via InDrive, etc) The view from the restaurant is amazing too! One thing, the food could be a bit better… but their tajines are the dish you should go for!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, which has a fantastic location close to the pyramids. Especially, the friendly and helpful approach of the hotel staff made our vacation even better. They assisted us with everything and made us feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

One of the staff members tried to scam us out of 200 EGP to sit at the roof terrace for the evening light show. I went to check with the reception team that there was no charge (as we had been told on check in the light show was a free bonus of the hotels location) - they stated we should not be giving money to anyone. When I returned to the roof, said staff member then retracted his original demands for the money. This rather marred our impression of the hotel when even the staff are trying to scam you. That said, the rest of the staff we interacted with seemed trustworthy and friendly so it's sad that one member has let the side down.

The location couldn't be bettered - eating breakfast overlooking the pyramids, you feel like you're sitting in the pyramids complex. Just magical. Staff were, broadly speaking, very friendly. Effective air conditioner. Great breakfast, varied self service hot buffet.

I stayed at 504, although it has a supposed mountain view, the pyramids view is hindered by the cafe and you can’t get full picture of the pyramids unless you go upstairs. Also it gets uncomfortable whenever the restaurant gets busy. You can hear chairs and tables get moved around and it’s causing noise since the room is just below the restaurant. Lastly, the room is oddly shaped letter L. You can’t maximize the space provided because of the tight space. You can’t even watch a TV because of the weird placement on the wall.

Definitely the location. It’s just right in front of the entrance to the Sphinx. And of course the view, the 3 huge pyramids gracing your view everyday. The Staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Hasouna who kept me entertained every breakfast. Breakfast also is very sumptuous and huge serving. Airport shuttle from airport to the hotel was efficient although had a hard time locating the driver but was thankful enough, the staff was very responsive here in Booking.Com.

One guy named Abdullah (bald guy and accdg.to the staff a relative of the owner) stopped the receptionist guy to help me communicate with my Uber driver and he even spoke to the driver to increase the price which left me so scared because suddenly he asked for a higher price and wanted me to go out of the car in the middle of the Highway when he cancelled the trip on Uber on the way to Alexandria from Giza. This is another story. But only I had a bad experience with this guy they call Abo Abdullah which I think is a tour guide of the hotel. So I don’t recommend him if you see any bald guy there. The rest of the staff were nice.

The friendly young boys in the restaurant and in the reception were nice and helpful

The location is hands down what makes this Hotel so special! You can get the best view from the highest rooftop cafe in the area. Perfect place to relax and unwind with a cup of coffee and a shisha overlooking this marvelous creations from the yesteryears. Special mention! The staff were so polite and accommodating which was a high plus for us! Bilal from the Sahara Pyramids cafe was the best!

It’s a house converted hotel. So rooms are small. Bathroom have little space, less lighting.

The views are out of this world. That’s the main attraction of this place. Three rooftop patios and restaurants. Amazing mornings and evenings. You can’t get better views than this. There are - few hotels here on this street. They all have same views. No other places will give the same views.

There wasn't much we didn't like about staying here except for a kid who kept asking us for money. I'm not sure if he worked there but he kept asking us for money when he did nothing to deserve it. Like if we were were walking down the stairs he would ask us for money. We didn't understand why he was asking us for money.

I loved how helpful and nice everyone was. There was one guy who helped us with our ac and booking tours. There was someone at the desk at all times. The servers were really nice and the food was so good! I didn't have one bad meal at this restaurant. The view was so beautiful. My friend and I had a really good time. We loved the staff.
