I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were always helpful, friendly, and smiling, which made me feel very welcome. The place itself is beautiful, and the view of the Pyramids is absolutely stunning. I truly enjoyed my time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

Excellent location! Better pyramids view ever. Even better than the panorama view, inside the complex. It's possible to watch the light show from the terrace. There are many restaurants in the street. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The common areas were very well decorated and clean. They provide water all the time, which is very good in Egypt. As long as you don't count on the food, you will have a pleasant stay!

The breakfast is disappointing. We had lower expectations, already. But we still manage to be disappointed. The coffee was not included! We had a separated coffee for 100 EGP, and I wasn't able to finish it. We recommend you get an outside breakfast. At the first day, we arrived at the breakfast 8:30. Everything was cold, and there were only 3 boiled eggs. The room is very small and a bit old. There is little privacy in the bathroom. There is a bar/restaurant in the terrace, but the reviews were no good, and we didn't try it. Actually, the whole terrace was empty during the night, suggesting the restaurant is not the best. This is kind of a good thing, because we had the view exclusively to us.

The staff was super friendly and helpful even in late hours, thanks! The location is amazing and the view from the top of the roof is impressive.

The breakfast is not at all as shown in the pictures, and our room was very small. The bathroom and shower were complicated to access, and not comfortable at all.

The staff is amazing, they treat you like family and they’re accommodating as much as they can. The views are unsurpassed.

They placed us in a room, then the next day they changed us, then we had to change rooms again because the A/C wasn’t working. The third room was very uncomfortable for 3 beds. There was nowhere to place your items or soap in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan fell over our head and broke! The shower couldn’t fit a 6’ man and the tile was broken on a corner where you could easily cut yourself. Also there was barely any illumination in any bathroom.

Sahara Pyramids Inn is amazingly well located, just few meters from the entrance/exit of the Pyramids site! The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need (book a taxi via InDrive, etc) The view from the restaurant is amazing too! One thing, the food could be a bit better… but their tajines are the dish you should go for!

Food could be better. And it would be lovely to be able to drink a glass of wine while watching the pyramids - unfortunately they don’t serve alcohol.

Checkin experience was not good, but they eventually made it right. Tiny bathroom. Food choices not very good. Hotel layout confusing because floors have been added over time.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, which has a fantastic location close to the pyramids. Especially, the friendly and helpful approach of the hotel staff made our vacation even better. They assisted us with everything and made us feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend it!
