We had a wonderful family vacation at Serenity Sky Arc Resort – Sahl Hasheesh. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views that made our stay truly memorable. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options, the beautiful pools, and the family-friendly environment. A special thank you to the General Manager Mr Poles Ramzy And Mr Emad, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality were clearly reflected throughout the resort. His leadership truly shows in the outstanding service we received from the entire team. This was a great place for us to spend quality time together as a family, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend Serenity Sky Arc Resort to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, everything was perfect. The property is modern, new, and extremely clean, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. I stayed in a sea-view room, which offered a breathtaking view of the sea, the pool, and the bridge. Watching the stunning sunsets every evening from the room was truly magical. The food was delicious, very diverse, and catered to all tastes. I also had the opportunity to try the Italian restaurant, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive throughout the stay. Always smiling, helpful, and available, they truly make you feel at home. Special thanks to Mr. Emad, Mr. Omar Khaled, and all the hardworking waiters who do an amazing job especially Abdelaaty Ahmed, who was always caring and attentive. The staff’s warmth creates a family-like atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. One small downside: upon arrival, especially after a long journey and in the intense heat, I didn’t receive a bottle of cold water or a welcome drink while waiting to check in. That small gesture would have been appreciated. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel and would gladly come back again.

We had an incredible stay at Serenity Arc Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh! As a family of three with our 3-year-old daughter, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The beach was a huge hit with our little one, and we loved the exceptional services provided by the hotel. The quality of everything was amazing, but what truly stood out was the food - it was beyond amazing! The beach is a little rocky at the entrance to the water.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The place looks stunning – modern, clean, and really stylish. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were honestly the best part – super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to assist. We even got an early check-in, which was super nice and made everything easier. You can really tell they care and work hard to make every guest feel happy and comfortable. The food was delicious! There was a lot of variety in the buffet and everything was fresh. Breakfast was our favorite – absolutely amazing! Lunch and dinner were great too. The two à la carte restaurants (Italian and Asian) were both gorgeous and the food was so tasty. The hotel has everything you could want: a big pool, a stunning private beach, and the rooms were super clean, spacious, and well-designed. We enjoyed the comfort and space. Huge thanks to all the staff – you guys really made our holiday unforgettable. We’d 100% come back and totally recommend this place!

A Wonderful and Memorable Experience from the Moment We Arrived! I would like to give special thanks to Madam Nada (Guest Relations) for her warm welcome and genuine care for guest comfort. Her thoughtful approach truly added a personal and distinguished touch to our stay. I also want to sincerely thank the reception team, especially Kholoud and Omar, for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. All the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and worked with a great spirit of teamwork and hospitality. A big thank you as well to the pool guard and the dedicated team responsible for the pool and beach areas, who constantly ensured a safe and relaxing environment for all guests. As for the animation team, they truly made our stay even more enjoyable with fun, energetic shows that added joy and excitement every day. There can be more rubbish bins at beach side. Other than that everything is great.

First of all special thanks to Omar , Ahmed and Hussein for everything. One of the helpful, positive and great hotel staffs i have ever seen. Hotel is brand new and everything is new. We had an incredible time at the newly opened Serenity Sky Arc Hotel! Despite opening just a week before our arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The service was impeccable, and the team handled everything with such warmth and professionalism. 🍴 The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor—easily one of the best culinary experiences we've had at a resort. 🌊 But the real star? The snorkeling. Just steps from the beach, the reef is full of colorful fish, corals, and even turtles. The water was crystal clear, and every outing felt like diving into a hidden paradise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable underwater adventures! Excellent service and thanks to Polis the hotel manager who was with us all the way to make sure we are happy and satisfied.

Another stay in Egypt. 4-star and 5-star hotels (including Jaz hotels). Stays in Hurghada and Marsa Alam. This one was the worst. Dust and dirt from renovations pervade the hallways, lobby, and under the tables. Noise from the construction underway. Small, cold pool (22 degrees Celsius, air temperature 40) Service – inexperienced and noisy. The restaurant was incredibly noisy, with shouting between staff. Basic service skills were lacking. Rooms were not cleaned. Beach – half the beach is difficult to use because there's no access to the water, with motorboats parked there. The other half is crowded, with loungers next to loungers. There's no comfort whatsoever for relaxation. The hotel is only halfway open, so I can't imagine what it will be like when it's fully booked. as decorations instead of plants, artificial flowers were planted near the pool. Evening shows… half-naked women shaking their butts, supposedly like a Moulin Rouge show! (They probably have no idea what that is) – you couldn't even call it dancing. Not aesthetically pleasing, even unpleasant to the eye. In short, a long way from a 5*. At the moment, it's barely a 4*.
