Didn’t like anything as I stayed only 1 night

I did really enjoy the super kind atmosphere and the size of the resort, the snorkelling and the kinda private beach, the rooms and the food provided! And the super kind manager helped me with some currency related visa issues. Top stay!

The beach area is some how small, however we always find a place to sit. The rooms need some renovation for the bath rooms, and the AC conditioner.

The beach is so good, amazing for those who love snorkeling, quite beach, excellent attitude from the whole staff especially Ahmed Ghoniem from the restaurant & and Mohamed from the water activities center. The Staff is always smiling at you. Highly recommended, and definitely will visit it again.

Everything was ok, nothing exceptional. I was in the beach cabin which is a bit old and warm. Is a good option if you don't want to stay in big resorts. There is a private beach, restaurant, excursions desk, etc. Reception and staff from the restaurant were very kind

I would definitely tell they need to provide better cleaning.

The staff was very friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. The beach was great. Perfect run away from the crowd. But also it is not far from the attraction points. You can easily go around by taxi. The food was OK but they could offer more options.

The damage done to the surroundings by the wild development of resorts and compounds. The house reef is still beautiful, though, let’s hope it remains protected.

The mattress was very hard, the air conditioning was old, squeaky and temperamental and the shower was not great

The Hotel is so close to the beach, with an amazing Coral reefs and fishes, good breakfast and amazing reasturant and beduin cafe, best place to rest and chill.

The location was perfect. The people are very kind and friendly. Mr. Rıfat from reception helped us during all our stay, he gave us lots of good suggestions, about where to go, what to eat, and where to eat when we went to old bazaar. Umbi is very close to the sea, and a wonderful beach, the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with many different options to eat, 4-5 extra cheese every morning, bread and pastries fresh and delicious, fresh eggs and omelets, very kind staff, nice and comfortable breakfast room inside or garden looking to the sea.

It was more expensive than Hilton Sharks Bay! The area is logistic trap; taxis in Sharm generally VERY bad service and trying to ask tripple price. Ask reception to call taxi for you. Nowhere ti buy fruits. Only place you can reach by feet is SOHO complex (by empty non-lit car road so take torch and thar way is not for solo young female) - out from gates, to the right, not right road into hill to some Sharks Bay hotel but road on left from it).

Historically that area is for divers and snorkelers and still not AllInclusive - so its still about RedSea and is still free from lovers of unlimited cheap alcohol. Also Bedoine Tent restaraunt is still very good (not cheap, but reasonably priced). And there is excellent capyccino+pastrues nearby in next hotel (il Porto cafe, but food there not worth attention). It is independent hotel with owner-not-so-far-from-business, so, overally service is MUCH better than in large network franchise hotels of Egypt
