Drinks weren't cold enough at the pool , running out of ice. . Tex mex restaurant needs improving, menu choice is awful and setting not great Entertainment lets this hotel down, no vibe , pool games, just dancing & stretching. Advertise events and then they don't take place.

Staff were excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble. Grounds are stunning, loads of pools & bars around. Rooms were hugh and clean and all facilities you need. Loved the Al Fesco Italian on the beach.

The quality of the food was poor we ate in the à la carte restaurants and we ate in the main restaurant. Both of these restaurants the food quality you could taste nothing there was no flavouring and it also made us quite ill. I would not recommend the food in this hotel at all.

The dining area. The buffet (food) was organised well and there was a wide range of food offerings. Unfortunately, the drinks area was appalling. There weren't enough glasses, and the queue was never ending which meant people pushed in or were rude. I think the beer should have been served separately to the soft drinks. I have food allergies, and you had information about the ingredients in select dishes. This is not good enough, the labels should be on every dish, and they should be updated.

I was impressed with the number of pools that the hotel provided. I was staying in a room on the outskirts of the property which meant that there was quite a walk to the main pool. However, there were two pools on my way to the main pool which were different in shape and size. They were quieter and clean. I was impressed with this because it gave you options. The beach was across the road which was beautiful. The palm trees created extra shade which is beneficial to people who have pale skin and burn easily. The beach had comfortable loungers and plenty were available.

The entrance of the hotel is not very impressive. Having the restaurant located right at the entrance affects the first impression negatively. We didn’t really enjoy the food, and we often had to search for an available table. The reception told us that pool towels would be sent to our room, but despite multiple reminders and phone calls, they were never delivered. There is an aqua park, but it is quite old. Some parts are closed or out of use, so only a limited area remains accessible. The hotel and rooms feel dated and would benefit from renovation. The toilets are worn out; some tiles are loose, and there are darkened areas in the bathroom. Also, apart from the main meals, there are no snack or light food options available throughout the day.

The hotel is truly well-managed. Security measures are always in place. The size and cleanliness of the pool are very good. The drinks served at the bars are high quality and delicious. The rooms are very spacious. The small pools available from time to time are also a nice touch. Wifi is available for free all around the hotel. The beach area is open to the public; hotel guests can access it for free, but it is shared with everyone. The sea is sandy and beautiful. There are also paid areas for water sports. We also visited the aqua park section, and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent — it’s very close to the beach, which made it super easy for us to go swimming and enjoy the sea every day. • The staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Mina at the reception, who was extremely polite, professional, and made us feel very welcome. He really added a positive touch to our stay. • The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms and public areas were tidy and comfortable. • Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and everything went smoothly during our stay.

The beach access was inconvenient, you have to leave the hotel and walk across a street where cars pass to reach the beach located at another hotel. Also, I wasn’t satisfied with the housekeeping service; they didn’t take their job seriously and the room wasn’t cleaned properly during our short stay.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was spacious, and both the swimming pool and breakfast were excellent. I really appreciated having espresso and fresh juice available during breakfast and dinner. The dinner was especially delicious on our last night.

Really bad internet in the rooms. Rooms are outdated and dirty (dirty bathtub, dusty floors, spots all over lights and curtains). Beds were clean and comfortable though. You need to reserve your beach beds early (before 8) otherwise there’s none available by 9. Dinner hall is overfilled during the peak hours and it’s difficult to find a table.

Nice property, lots of pools that will keep kids busy. Best beach on the bay, only 7-10 min walk from the hotel. Water park is old but still was a lot of fun for the kids! Large selection of foods, everyone can find something they like. Lots of small bars scattered throughout the area. Taxi service and excision available for scheduling. Kids dance party almost every night and some sort of entertainment afterwards (dancing, magic show, etc).

Food variety become boring after couple of days as u will always find the same food.. At the begging of our stay it was hard to find clean plates and cutlery (lack of washing), but after like a week you could see a huge difference as the plates were clean and shiny.

Perfect location, lovely and clean gardens and pools all around the resort. Many pools. Stuff was friendly. Our housekeeper was trying his best even though the rooms needs some refurbishing ( bathroom ). Aquapark near by even though only half of it was open ( have been told that the rest of a park is under renovation ). Good choices of desserts(cakes, Mediterranean desserts) Have stayed here for 13 days and had really great time.

Our room was missing a third bed, even though we had booked for three people. We were initially offered a sofa bed, and after insisting, we were brought a very old extra bed with an uncomfortable mattress — in the end, we had to go back to the sofa. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but this is something that could be better managed. Also, the room lacked enough power plugs, one wasn’t working at all, and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work, and the light bulb at the entrance of the room was also broken, which made it quite dark when coming in at night. The food was probably the weakest part of our stay. It was okay — not bad, but not great either. Many dishes lacked flavor, and the variety (especially at lunch) was quite limited. Breakfast pastries were below average, and although the outdoor barbecue station was the highlight, the long queues made it difficult to enjoy. Lastly, the all-inclusive package isn't really worth it if you don’t drink alcohol. Snacks are only available for a couple of hours per day (mostly sandwiches), soft drink options are limited, and things like ice cream or slush aren’t always available. In summary, this hotel has a lot going for it: fantastic staff, high cleanliness standards, strong security, and a great location. With a few improvements — especially in room arrangements and food quality — it could be truly outstanding. I’d still recommend it, especially for families, and I hope to return soon!

What truly makes this place stand out is the staff — incredibly professional, kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, even when the hotel was very crowded. Their positive attitude really added warmth to our stay. I was also genuinely impressed by how clean the gardens and pools were — every single one of them without exception. The level of cleanliness and care was noticeable and appreciated. Security was another strong point, with visible presence and lifeguards everywhere, especially at the water park, where I felt the safety measures were exceptional. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. A special thank you to the hotel for allowing Burkini — this inclusive policy is very important and will definitely encourage me to come back again.

The hotel facilities were quite outdated. I believe restrooms specially require some renovation. F&B staff were short. Despite doing their best, we had to go and look for covers and basic stuff during the meals. Drinks at the main restaurant and A La Carte options are a bit limited .

Me and my partner booked one week for our honeymoon in the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful most of the time despite the hotel running on full occupancy during my time. The reception team -special mention to Mina- was very helpful to assist me with the right room with level coziness that I asked for and was constantly helpful with other requests during the stay. Animation Team was quite amazing and energetic. Special mention to Marco for being engaging across the stay too! The food was diverse and delicious and there were multiple bars across.

Main restaurant is not enough for stay capacity. It should be bigger area it causes long queues. Maybe other 2 restaurant can be a different area and main restaurant can be bigger. Foods should have more choises for vegetarian peoples. Some old bathtubs should change with good curtains. Also fitness area is looking very old. Locas with curtains were always full, it should be hourly reserved or smth else.

Location, buildings area for stay, gardens and animals inside of area was really good and we liked. Drinks in bars have good options. Caribi Bar and the beach was very delightful. We also liked wifi performance, cleaning stuffs, reception was very helpful. Mail pool, Laguna Bar Pool and sandy like pool were good. Reception also very quick and helpful.

Foods should also appeal to the tastes of other nations as well. Also lack of snacks' varieties which was in main restaurant only. There is a guy whose name is Eid waiting in front of the hotel and he is asking passport as a policeman while each entrance to the hotel 🤔
