We had three people staying in the room and some items were lacking and needed to be requested for 3. Other than that was a great stay

The staff are fantastic and super friendly. I think the service is what stands out when staying here. Everyone is always checking in to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Couldn’t fault the service.

The location is very central to downtown and very close to areas around Zamalek, Old Cairo and the Grand Museum. It was easy to navigate and get ride hailing services as well. The room was temperature controlled and very comfortable. The bed was very very comfortable and I was able to get a good night's rest after a long day of meetings.

The place is more than wonderful. I enjoyed my stay, especially Marina, the front desk manager. Thank you for your taste and high-class treatment. All the staff working with her are professional. When I visit Egypt, I will come to the Sheraton. I want to say that if you want to see how beautiful Egypt is, come and see it from this place.

The hotel is flawless

Excellent hotel; I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, in the heart of Cairo, with a walking distance to enjoy a night walk along the Nile. The staff, from bellboys to managers, are professional and great. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are great; they always respond with a smile and never let you wait.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower was cold.

The hotel was conveniently located near downtown and my guide and driver found it easy to locate. The facilities were clean and available for use. I especially enjoyed the pool.
