United KingdomUnfortunately there wasn’t a pray mat in the room. It’s a Muslim country and there was lots of Muslim guest including myself. Thank god I always carry one with me.
They was lots of things to do in the resort, ample space therefore when you need a quite place you can go and find it in the resort. The food was really nice, flavoured and variety of choice everyday. Breakfast was tops fresh croissants. Mervat and rasha always had a friendly face and welcomed you. Asked if we’re okay and offered to get our drinks. The resort had entertainment everyday for kids and adults. They even offer a free shuttle service for old market and Nama bay. Every 20mins to beach. There’s an indoor pool which was really nice if you need to go And relax without the noisy pool outdoor. You are given complementary voucher for sauna steam room, jakuzzi, bowling and ice skating. Soho square is just seconds away attached to the resort. There have a good variety of tv channels including Bollywood movies. Friendly staff and hard working don’t slack in what job they are doing. They also have snack so if you missed lunch you can have snacks (a good menus) they don’t rush you when eating, even if your late they let you eat give 45mins more that the expected time breakfast ,lunch and dinner finish. overall the hotel is outstanding.

The lifeguards everyone at this hotel.my third time and wont be the last. Chef aymen, abdoullah, Mohamed،abdo,fadi Ayman .Ibrahim all of you a big hug. I wont forget Mina ,Abanoub,Adly thanks friends for all the nice moments we spent drinking your delicious cocktails.and seeing your smiley faces all day. TurkeyOne small disappointment was that although we mentioned in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, there was no special note or gesture upon check-in. It would have been a nice touch and made the occasion feel a bit more special. After our stay, we received a message from the hotel asking for feedback and a rating. I responded in detail, but unfortunately never received a reply or even a simple acknowledgment. That was a bit surprising, considering the overall high quality of service during our stay. But all in all, we had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Thank you to the Sierra Sharm team!
We stayed at Sierra Sharm for one week and overall had a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, the activities are well-organized, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The adults-only pool bar was one of our favorite spots — Emad, the bartender, makes amazing cocktails. Just tell him what kind of flavors you like, and leave the rest to him — he’ll surprise you with the perfect drink every time! We really enjoyed the pool volleyball, aqua gym, and stretching classes. The aqua gym instructor is truly passionate about his job — even though it’s a group class, he pays attention to everyone and helps anyone who’s struggling. One day, I lost my gold ring while playing pool volleyball and only noticed it hours later. We contacted Ahmed Zidan at reception, and thanks to his quick response and coordination with the team, they found and returned it to me. I’m so grateful! There was one small issue during our stay — I found a hair in my broccoli (most likely dropped by another guest at the buffet). I informed the staff, and the executive chef personally came to assist us. They quickly replaced the entire buffet section, which showed how seriously they take hygiene. The food was good overall. The chef at the grill station greeted us with a warm smile every day and always made us feel welcome. At check-in, Mohammed at the front desk gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made a great first impression. The location is also fantastic — the hotel is situated right inside Soho Square, which makes it very convenient for evening walks and entertainment. They also offer a free shuttle service to the beach, Naama Bay, and the Old Market, which was super helpful for exploring the area.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The food was amazing—delicious and with a good variety. One of the highlights was definitely the Wi-Fi, which was surprisingly fast and reliable throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus, just a short walk from SOHO Square, where you can find shops, restaurants, and places to relax in the evening.

TurkeyThe biggest downside of our stay was the lack of information provided. As someone who has stayed in many 5-star resorts, this was the first time I was disappointed with the reception staff. They didn’t give us any information about the hotel — they just handed our room card to the bellboy and sent us to the room 😂 I had never experienced anything like that before. We had to figure everything out ourselves, and since it’s a large resort, at least a brochure about the facilities or daily activities could’ve been helpful. Other staff members were attentive enough. However, we noticed that Arabic-speaking guests received noticeably more attention — especially in the main restaurant. While their large tables were being served drinks directly, the rest of the guests were mostly left alone. This might be due to the staff’s limited English skills, I’m not sure. The main restaurant was decent overall, but the beach bar was disappointing. The food quality was low, and fries tasted like fish because they were fried in the same oil. The alcohol quality was poor — we didn’t drink anything except beer. Would I stay here again? I’m not sure. Maybe just for the beach, which was the highlight of our trip.
The hotel’s location is great as it’s inside Soho Square. The food is decent and worth the price. The cleanliness was excellent — the room was cleaned every day. Although the rooms are a bit old, it wasn’t a problem at all. One of the best things about the hotel was definitely the staff. Everyone — from the adult pool to the beach bar and even the security — was always smiling and friendly. Whenever you smiled at them, they greeted you back warmly. Their positive attitude really stood out during our stay. There’s a shuttle to the hotel’s private beach every 20 minutes, and it only takes 5 minutes to get there. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay — the corals and Red Sea fish were truly amazing.
