Location excellent staff are friendly and facilities are super plus a bonus of good breakfast

They need to clean the room more often upon request and the water wasn't so hot of the shower but for me it was OK because it was summer time

Very clean and modern room and air conditioning is perfect in the warm weather of Cairo. The reception staff very friendly Osman and his brother in the reception really professional, friendly and ready to give you some information you need in Cairo and the check in and check out was really easy and quick.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and have good air conditioning, especially for Cairo. The location is excellent—very close to the Egyptian Museum, the Nile, and the Cairo Tower. I want to say a big thank you to the hotel staff. They were incredibly kind and friendly. They helped me a lot when I got sick, brought breakfast to my room, and always checked in to see if I needed anything. I truly appreciated their care and support. If you are Looking a placer close to downtown and also affordable. This one would be a very good option.

Really good value for money. Staff was incredible, when I needed to change my reservation and cancel 2 night with refund they agreed. Mahmut was an excellent host, very kind and he helped with everything. Really good location in the center of Cairo.

Everything was good.

Very nice hotel for those who spend all the day travelling around the city and beyond. Rooms are clean, beds are perfect. It is quite loud outside especially in the evening. But for the youth it's a perfect variant.

Couple of mosquitoes in the night

Room size is not bad especially in the narrow top floor. It was clean at the beginning but room was not refreshed/cleared daily till checkout. Bath room water was hot with good preasure. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and diversed comparing to kair standard but don't expect european.

Room is air conditioned but no heating option. It was a bit cold during winter nights. Hotel seems to be new (in old location) but quality of refreshment is rather low. Windows are still old so you will hear the street noise very well. There is a mosque close by so you will have early wake up alarma unintended. Reception girl didn't inform us well about room rate for the upgrade so we were supposed to pay more than expected.

Perfect location, good value for money, friendly and attentive staff. Perfect water. Good breakfast. Highly recommended to stay in downtown of Cairo.

We recently spent two delightful nights at Soft Hotel in Cairo, and our experience truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with delightful surprises, including an unforgettable late-evening horse carriage ride around some of Cairo’s most iconic spots. The hotel’s central location made it very convenient to explore the city. The room was immaculate - both clean and new - offering a fresh, modern atmosphere perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. It came thoughtfully equipped with useful amenities, such as a fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles, a kettle with tea and coffee, and a hairdryer, a safe, a TV, and Wi-Fi, to name a few. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the hotel isn’t too noisy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering a great start to our mornings. Even though there aren’t many reviews yet, we highly recommend Soft Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cairo. It’s a hidden gem that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality!
