Huge noisy place. Weird lightning in the room - no bedside lamp and confusing switches. But no big deal.

I spent there only 15 hours between my stay in Dahad and flight back home and I chose the hotel only because of its proximity to the airport. Modern comfortable room. Delicious food. Friendly staff. Wifi in the room.

The animation team was not good. At one night, they kept talking in russian with no regard to english or arabic speakers. After a while, people began to leave, and we kept waiting till we discovered the show was canceled. When we addressed them, they responded in irony! Also, the coffee machines were not available at any of the pool bars. I needed to walk to the lobby, which was a long walk. On check out, they were a bit harsh to make us leave, although we were not late. They called several times, and the bellman was early and kept waiting outside, which was a bit weird. However, they were all polite.

The place is very good for kids. The facilities and slides on the pools. The beach was nice too with a big space and a long extension inside the water that you could jump right inside the water without having to step on the rocks outside. They also made shows and activities almost every day. The food quality was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, although sometimes you could feel they are understaffed. One day, we found a fruit basket and refreshments for free in our room, which was a very nice gesture. The housekeeping was very helpful and responsive. The place is very practical, not luxurious. The rooms had keys, not cards. The shower had water flowing from both the lower tap and the shower head at the same time, but still, the water pressure was fine. The rooms were spotless clean but a bit old.

The beach volleyball field can be improved - there are little stones.

The location is great, not that far from the airport and close to amazing coral reefs (ask for Ramy at the beach, he will book a trip for you :) The rooms are big and clean. The food was tasty, especially dinners (grilled vegetables, fish and meat, delicious rice and deserts!). The stuff is super friendly and helpful. Diverse animation program.

There's no specific negatives but If you don't have children definitely pick the above 16 adult friendly side of the resort since it is much quieter and chill.

The staff were very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was on the hard side. Food was good. You can have access to multiple pools. The beach is nice. The overall experience is solid and satisfactory. Definitely good value for money.

We didn’t pleasure about food especially for breakfast maybe because of the our culture habit other than that there was no differences in days. Lunch and dinner was okay . And also maybe events can be improved . Because facilities has a huge area and opportunities.

I liked the staff they were nice and helpful especially Miss Aya helped to us too much. Apart from that hotel nearby the city center (apx 20 min) Hotel have good swimming pools and nice beach

The bathroom, if only it was cleaned properly as the sinks had watermarks etc. BUT it was still suitable to use. However for the price and the stay it was overall great. Just keep in mind of the location but we used Sharm taxi and it didn’t cost much to get to places.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They let us stay until our return flight for free! The drinks there was amazing and honestly having a balcony was really nice. Aircon was so good. The staff at arrival said they upgraded the room so that was nice. The safe was working and they showed us how to use it. We had free water bottles during our stay and honestly that saved us costs. Overall really good and we enjoyed it. They gave us extra towels as well so good!! Also, private beach!!!! So close to the hotel and it’s a must they so nice and so private. Free drinks there too!!
