The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise we had no problems.

The location, landscaping and general layout of the hotel was very good. Since there were reefs on the coastal part of the hotel, there were many different fish species and it gave you the feeling of watching a documentary. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff, especially their manager (I think his name is Tarık). We would also like to thank Ms. Aigerim, the guest advisor, for her interest and help.

The entertainment team was at times rude, they only spoke Russian, some of them just speak with people in Russian, entertainment every evening starts and finishes with a Russian song if not songs. Because most of the guests were Russian, all the staff in general thought that every guest is Russian. The rest of staff was wonderful although they again spoke just Russian and very little English, staff could not do more for us, very very good all the time even if sometimes we would not understand each other, we would use sign language. We had some other issues, they were resolved in the end, thanks to a brilliant manager. Overall happy, but disappointed in the entertainment.

Lots of pools, lots of places for everyone to relax, beach was very clean and well looked after.

Interactions with staff have been okay until our encounter with a rude staff member at snack area. Around 5 pm, 10/27 we got our snacks and tried to sit in one of the tables in the back. One staff got in our face & started blabbering something, we couldn’t understand what he was saying. I guess he didn’t want us sitting there. Then as we were walking away, he made a comment in Arabic, “You didn’t understand sh*t I just said.” He didn’t know that one of us is Egyptian & speaks Arabic. As a struggling hotel business, you probably shouldn’t have anyone on staff that is this hostile and DISRESPECTFUL to guests. Maybe have staff learn English since there are more than just russians coming to Egypt. Most of the dinner buffet food was a bit bland, except for the fish which was way too salty. We had what looked like basbousa for dessert & it tasted like saw dust. The rest of the desserts the same. Maybe they wanted to save money on sugar? The juice had a bizarre taste, it was like drinking windex. Perhaps this is the preferred taste of their usual clientele. Animation very loud at 10-11 pm. Not good if you’re trying to sleep at this time.

It was cheaper than other hotels in the area. It has beach access but it’s rather small and gets full. They brought fruit and drinks to our room which was nice.

Great resort with excellent value for the price! Next to a sandy confortable beach. We really enjoyed the wide variety of activities offered during the day, and the animation staff did a great job. The night shows were also very entertaining. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the shisha bar—he was incredibly kind and attentive, preparing everything we requested perfectly. The buffet could get a little crowded during lunch, but the variety of food offered was impressive, and it was constantly replenished. I especially loved the local desserts, soft bread, and freshly made eggs and pancakes in the morning. Everything was clean, and the food felt safe to eat. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily, and to our surprise, they even prepared a birthday cake for my husband, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bathrooms/ toilets need to be renovated. They have seen better days. The receptionists need to welcome guests with more enthusiasm and give relevant information and tell them about activities they can do in the area. The checkin and checkout were “cold” perhaps due to language barriers.

The food was great! They put in a lot of effort to offer variety of food especially at dinner. Lots of swimming pools so it never feels crowded. Lovely beach.

I very much enjoyed my stay in Cyrene Sharm Hotel. I was there during the Ramadan, at staff was very helpful to accommodate my needs. Thank you HeSham and Mohamed Gendy. The people made the most different to my stay is Ahmed Elbanna and the person behind the reception desk.I would like to thank them both personally. Unfortunately i didnt get the name but I'm sure he was the young man who helped with suitcase. On my last day in the hotel, he knew that I was fasting and when the time come to break my fast he brought me refreshing fresh juice and some dates. I had already checked out and had couple of hours in reception area waiting. His act touched my heart. I would love to book this hotel again just because of his action. Also hotel benefits from having Ahmed Elbanna as a life guard he was 💯 doing his job. I am not a confident swimmer but really wanted to swim. Ahmed was there, beside me, he reassured me and I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning underwater paradise. Thank you very much for his service. I certainly be back.

The beach area can be improved with more comfortable sunbeds and a second refreshment point when there are a lot of customers. A few animators were not polite, they should work to make customers happy and entertained not for enjoying themselves providing problems to customers, however the manager of the resort was able to solve any problems with professionalism.

The staff is very friendly and professional, I thanks to the manager mr. Mohamed, also other workers like Tarek and Karim for their professionality and friendly behaviour. The resort is big and well organized, the sandy beach is very good. The quality of restaurant is good, however they could further improve easily.

I enjoy my stay in hotel. Very professional reception stuff ,special thanks to Mr.Amr and Mr.Michael. Lobby hall with modern style furniture. 2 very beautiful swimming pools-one with relaxing music ,another with disco music. Very good animation team and very interesting animation program. Delicious food and a la Carta restaurants.
