How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewEverything was great, stuff are friendly , supportive and everyone was helping to make the stay an unforgettable trip, I would like to mention some names ; miss Nada who helped me a lot to make a late check out since our flight is 11 pm, she always texts to make sure that everything is perfect and we thank you so much for her dedication. Mr. Mahmoud Alaa at outdoor lobby bar , welcoming me and my family even remembering our favorite drinks after dinner. Mr Mostafa , Mr Emad, and Mr mohamed each evening help us a lot they all knew what we need as drinks with dinner which is really surprising like how they remember with all this guests!! Definitely we will come again next vacation they all make us feel like home!!

Verified reviewI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and attentive – they really made the stay memorable. The photos online matched the reality, which is rare and much appreciated. Food options were excellent, with plenty of variety and great quality. The pool was amazing! A special thanks to Hamdy from the pool bar who went above and beyond to make the experience even better.
One thing I noticed (and this is the reason i give only 4 star) was that the hotel only had male staff members. It would be great to see more female employees included in the team, not just for balance but also to reflect inclusivity and diversity in the hospitality experience. I imagine it can be challenging for Arab men serving so many female guests (instead of being served as they are used to) but if hotels start including women in their teams, it could help change attitudes and values towards women in general. If they want to take part in western profit tourism they must change their attitude and old and invalid customs. Overall a fantastic stay with great service, food, and atmosphere. With a bit more gender diversity in staffing, this hotel could become truly outstanding.

Verified reviewThe hotel facilities, cleanliness, and restaurant service were overall very satisfying. The general service level was excellent, and we felt comfortable during our stay. There was a small mistake at the reception, but the hotel management followed up with very proactive customer service, which was truly impressive. Thanks to their professional after-service, my trust in the hotel has actually grown stronger. I would be happy to return on a future visit.

Verified reviewHotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Pools are big and comfortable, there is a plenty of sun beds or cabanas. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Swim up room is great option if you would like to access pool whenever you want. It was our 2nd stay and we will come back again
If you’re a looking for a place where you can swim in the sea it’s not a place e for you, due to the shallow. There is a Mini Club for children but is not very attractive as well as children activities. For older kids or those that like to spend time in the pool it’s great, but if your kid to enjoy activities in Kids Club you may be disappointed

Verified reviewThe service was bad. My family, friends and I who accompanied me did not expect the service to be so bad. The waiter was asking us what we wanted to drink. We ordered a drink and waited at the reception, restaurant or bar. We repeated the request several times and it never came(was not one time only,several times). They like to pretend that they give us good service, but in reality it is completely the opposite. My friends and I will never return to this hotel and we will not recommend our friends to come to it either. It is one of the worst hotels we have visited.

We didn’t like the well-come person who was supposed to explain the basics, at least ,options of the restaurants , the breakfast or the dinner time etc He didn’t even said that we had the alternative to scan a barcode which was with the room key and have the requested information. Thanks God we met Alina and Vita from the public relations department and gave us all the requested information’s . Furthermore , we are not satisfied with the cleaning of our room. Although the hotel was clean our room wasn’t and we had to ask for the bath mat or towels because he forgot to bring them. The carpet of the room was dirty ( attached photo) and the linen was not for a 5 stars hotel (attached picture) I believe that this problem has to do with the cleaning person and doesn’t characterises the cleaning of the hotel in general.

From the very beginning, Lydia, the manager, went above and beyond to make our holiday truly unforgettable. The food was excellent – the buffet offered a huge variety of fresh and delicious dishes, and the à la carte restaurants were simply exquisite. Everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The resort itself is immaculate. The pools are always clean and inviting, and the golf cart service makes it so easy to move around the vast property. We also loved the football field right by the beach – a unique touch you rarely find in other resorts. Every evening, there was live entertainment and shows that made the atmosphere vibrant and fun. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the sea, or watching the performances at night, there was never a dull moment. The service, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality made us feel truly special. In short, this is not just a resort – it’s an unforgettable luxury experience in Sharm El Sheikh that we would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Verified reviewThe food was just okay. If you have a big group they find it quite hard to accommodate them. The F&B director was the most helpful. However even with that we barely got to try any of the restaurants. There was nice Mango juice but I quickly realized that was not special to the resort but all of Egypt.
There was a dirty towel in my bathroom that had been there before I checked in underneath the sink. I had to tell the staff multiple times before something was done about it, this was about 3 days into my stay. The rooms were not well stocked and overall just dirty. There are no elevators, I was on the ground floor so it was fine, but I had friends with babies who had to carry strollers 5 flights of stairs. The staff were not very friendly nor patient. Everything seemed like an inconvenience, inhospitable at best. If you are looking for a luxurious experience, you will not find it here.
