Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes

Comentario auténticoTodo correcto. Fui con mi mujer y mis dos hijos (teenagers). 2 habitaciones. Me confundí y en una de las habitaciones puse que sería ocupada solo por una persona... lo solucionaron y no me cobraron ni el desayuno de la persona extra. Todo fué muy bien. Buena calidad del buffet.
Pero ojo, lo que no me gustó fué el servicio de taxi a las pirámides. Me timaron 50 euros porque yo pensaba que el driver estaría conmigo y me llevaría de un sitio a otro dentro de las pirámides. Luego resulta que los coches ya no pueden acceder y hay un servicio de transporte en autobuses dropp in-dropp off que va incluido con la entrada... así que pagué una auténtica barbaridad por un servicio que no lo justificaba en absoluto (los taxis en Egypto son baratísimos).

Comentario auténticoEste hotel es francamente maravilloso. El personal es muy atento y servicial. El servicio de habitaciones genial. Los chicos de la poolbar y de los restaurantes muy amables y atentos. La habitación super cómoda, la piscina ideal y las vistas frente a las pirámides excepcionales. El buffet del desayuno ¡ideal! Cuando vuelva al Cairo sin duda este hotel será mi primera opción. Gracias Ahmet, de roomservice y Mahmut de recepción por tanta amabilidad y hospitalidad.
Algo que hubiera mejorado para ayudar en todo lo bien que lo hacen es en la música. Sobre las dos de la tarde en la piscina hemos comido y la música era bastante ruidosa en el sentido de que no acompañaba con el bienestar que todas sus estancias ofrecen. Proponer un tipo de música más chill es quizás mi recomendación tras conocer a fondo hoteles de alto estanding. Solo por mejorar algo, porque de verdad son de diez.

Comentario auténticoCómodo, personal amable, instalaciones bien, habitaciones amplias. La ubicación a pesar de estar aparentemente muy cerca de las pirámides al estar del otro lado de la carretera llegar alli en coche resulta increíblemente largo. El entorno de Giza alrededor de las pirámides es caótico y sucio. Imposible caminar por alli. El desayuno bueno. Las otras comidas q ofrecen en el hotel relación calidad precio mala. Muy caro para lo q ofrecen.Resulta mejor un hotel en Zamalek.

Es algo incomodo estar lejos del resto de las atracciones o incluso restaurantes. Puede ser mejor reservar una habitación en Giza para la pirámides y luego otra reserva en Cairo para el resto. Sin embargo el taxi es barato...

Se oía mucho el ruido exterior desde la habitación, a las ventanas les hace falta algo más de aislamiento acústico.

Comentario auténticoCuando me mostraron mi suite deluxe no me gustaban las vistas y me hicieron un upgrade gratuito a una suite ejecutiva, donde las vistas eran espectaculares. Además era mi cumpleaños y me subieron como regalo una tarta de chocolate. Fueron realmente muy atentos.
Las chicas que se encargan de los taxis me dijeron que costaban una cantidad y al cambio me metieron dos dólares más. Hay que estar muy atento porque intentan sacar propina de todas partes, a veces engañándote. Pero no me refiero solo al hotel, si no en todo Egipto.

Comentario auténticoNos gustó la ubicacion principalmente y el desayuno.
No nos gustó la atencion de la recepcionista Menna que fue muy antipática con nosotros. Creo que una persona que no tiene don de gente no deberia de estar de cara al publico. Fue brusca y con mala cara para ayudarnos en nuestras dudas. El resto del personal fue muy atento y servicial. Por otro lado, el hotel tiene falta de mantenimiento en las habitaciones y pasillos. Se ve antiguo y con falta de una remodelacion.

Dejamos una queja por escrito (ya que ni libro de reclamo poseen) debido al servicio fue pésimo, me cobraron 52 dólares por 2 shots de menos de 1 cc de licor y con hielo, el servicio de lavandería es pésimo, tratamos de hablar con el gerente, no nos dio ninguna solución por el contrario trato de sobornarnos firmando una carta de liberacion de responsabilidad la cual no firmamos, nos sentimos estafados en múltiples ocasiones en el país fuera y dentro del hotel. Muy decepcionante atención muy muy mala. Además durante la noche intentaron abrir nuestra habitación desde otra habitación contigua aproximadamente 2 am, muy desagradable, pasamos mucho miedo, no nos dejaron descansar, pésima atención Verdadera estafa lo caro que es el hotel en función de su calidad.

El servicio es regular en todos sus aspectos. Después de haber tenido una excelente experiencia en el Steigenberger Cairo, este dejó mucho que desear. Los empleados no fueron tan atentos sobretodo el recepción
