The staff, the room is very clean and all new furniture ,the location , the view, the breakfast and the rest of the food variety

No issues at all, everything was perfect

Breakfast on the rooftop with a fantastic view. Daytime reception staff were professional and helpful, ordered us a taxi when we were finding no success on Uber or Careem. Just don't expect the same helpfulness from the early morning/night staff.

I asked them if a 6am check in was possible, they said confirmed yes - their check-in time states 00:00. Only for us to turn up and: 1. The reception clerk was fast asleep on the desk and a passerby had to bang on the desk HARD a few times to wake him up 2. He told us to wait in the waiting area for 5 minutes. After not hearing anything for that time, i went to see what the delay was only to find HE WAS ASLEEP AGAIN. Then, I managed to get him to admit our room not be available. I'm not sure what his plan was.. just keep us waiting whilst he slept?? After asking him to, he then give us access to another room to rest in until our room was available. 3. We found hair all over the bedding. Bedsheet, Duvet Cover, Pillow Cover. House keeping need to do a better job and have attention to detail. See pictures attached.

It was an old building, our place look like an apartment room.

Nice and modern, beautiful view, food was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff were very attentive and offered complimentary taxi back to the airport! Would highly recommend for a short stay in Cairo

It was amazing; room with jacuzzi and direct view to the pyramids simply amazing.

No internet Electricity cut down and no back up generator and no water for hours as no back up tank .we have terrible experience in cairo summer

Location and view on the pyramids is incredible it’s pretty close by walk too. Breakfast was really good and the personal was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend you this place.

Clean rooms and exceptional service from staff made for a pleasant stay

Feels more like a motel rather than a proper hotel. So stars rating seems misleading. It appears to be a regular old building converted into hotel on upper floors. No lobby, old building entrance opposite to main road. However staff and room cleanliness made stay great

So kind of them to let us check in early and also gave us free breakfast as we had a morning flight. Very accommodating 7. Easy Uber access

The best location ever. Waking up in the morning with such a breathtaking view was a really unique experience. The staff was wonderful, kind and ready to help with anything needed. Not to mention the egyptian breakfast, which was amazing!!!

We planned only a night in cauro and it was perfect for having the breathtaking giew of the pyramids and was just less than 10 minutes drive away from the frand egyptian museum, thanks o abdalla andthe rest of the team for being very friendly
