That there was no guest relation even though we tried to meet him. We were honeymooners newlyweds and we were treated as normal guests. There was no extra services.

-The Wi-Fi service is very poor in the rooms. It's only available on the beach, in the lobby, and in the restaurant. The internet speed is low. -The air conditioning noise in the rooms is very loud, but if you turn it to slow mode while sleeping at night, this decreases somewhat. -After-dinner activities at the hotel are nice, but they'd be good for those staying just one week. We stayed 13 nights, and after the first week, the activities were the same, so it got boring.

-The variety of food and the taste of food are great. There is a fresh pasta cooking station at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The grilled meats and chickens in the live cooking section and the constantly made pizza are amazing. -There are two piers on the hotel's beach. Swimming between them is wonderful. -There are food and beverage stands throughout the hotel. After breakfast, you can grab a sandwich on the beach, and at lunchtime, there's a fast food bar on the beach, and the lunch restaurant near the beach is very good. However, the main restaurant offers a wider variety of dishes. -Room cleanliness and room quality are perfect -During your 7-day stay, the hotel gives you reservations at 2 a la carte restaurants, and experiencing this feels very special. -We took advantage of diving, massage and beauty services (for a fee) at the hotel and at this price, this service is literally free. -Khaled Fayad, the lifeguard at the hotel's beach, is a wonderful person. He makes us feel very special. He puts our towels on the sun loungers in the morning and takes them in the evening. Even if you don't want it, they force you to do it. This made us very happy. -We took the family suite room but they gave us a room with a sea view without asking for any fee, thank you very much.

The triple room felt a bit small for three adults. It would have been more comfortable if the space allowed for easier movement and more storage.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the attention to detail throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience feel personal and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. I also enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, especially the fresh options available daily. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a memorable getaway.

The animation team and activities are the weakest part of the stay. There are many events, but no clear schedule or info about where things are happening - beach, pool, amphitheater? A daily plan via WhatsApp or Telegram group would really help. Also, the energy and creativity of the animation team don’t quite match the high standard of the hotel. The team is kind and hardworking, but the activities feel very average. A bit more passion and fun would go a long way.

The hotel is truly amazing! Huge, lush green territory that’s very well maintained. A shuttle bus runs frequently around the resort - no long waiting. All rooms have a nice view, nothing looks out onto a wall or service area. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff are incredibly polite and attentive - you truly feel like a VIP guest. Plenty of sunbeds by both the pools and the beach. Two convenient, short piers, plus a sandy entry into the sea - perfect for families with kids. There’s a kids’ club where you can leave children (4+ years) for the whole day. Food is outstanding - delicious and very diverse. We’ll definitely return, next time with our children.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The place itself was very beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere was so much fun and full of life. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – truly some of the best we’ve experienced. Every time we needed something, it was taken care of immediately without any issues. A special shoutout to the animation team – they were fantastic and brought so much energy and entertainment to our days. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

🤿 Diving Center – Great People, Pricey Service The on-site diving center has an excellent, professional team—polite, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on safety and high-quality service. That said, the prices were noticeably high compared to other local dive shops. While you do get a premium experience for what you pay, just be aware: it’s not the budget option. Worth it if you’re after convenience and top-tier service, but if you’re price-sensitive, you might want to explore options nearby.

We stayed at Sultan Garden Resort as a group of friends mainly for diving, and the experience was outstanding overall. Rooms The rooms were spotless—honestly, some of the cleanest we’ve seen in a resort. Bed quality was excellent and very comfortable. The AC worked well, though it wasn’t the quietest, and on the last day it did shut off—but room service handled it quickly and professionally. The bathroom was large, clean, and had consistent hot water. WiFi was incredibly fast and reliable—not just in the room but literally everywhere: at the beach, by the pool, even out in the sea. We had a beautiful balcony view, a stocked minibar, and everything was on point. Special thanks to Mohammad Latfi at reception—easily one of the most helpful and welcoming receptionists I’ve ever met. He really made our stay smoother and upgraded us to a great room. Also, props to Mahmood from room service—he constantly checked in, brought fresh towels and drinks, and even delivered fresh fruit daily. Excellent service. Food & Dining Breakfast was decent—timing was convenient, and the variety covered all the basics. Lunch and dinner were the real stars. The options were endless—meat, seafood, pasta, you name it. Big shout-out to Chef Mahmood Al Urof, who personally made us fresh pasta and brought energy and jokes to every interaction. A real highlight of our stay. Location & Atmosphere The resort is located right on the beach, which is clean, calm, and hosts quiet music events that don’t disturb the peace. Cafés and bars are just a short walk away. The whole vibe was relaxed and safe. Amenities There are five pools—some family-friendly, others adults-only. The North 38 pool was our favorite. It had an amazing vibe and a great bar inside the pool itself. Mohammed the bartender made our evenings unforgettable—funny, welcoming, and full of stories about the resort and Egypt in general. The gym is small but has all the essential equipment.

I liked the resort's spacious areas and the variety and size of the swimming pools. The cleanliness, service, and attention of the pool supervisors. The enthusiasm, service, and attention of all the restaurant staff. The supervisor (Doaa) adds to the atmosphere of closeness and intimacy, and her attention to all guests. Of course, the reception team, without exception, is distinguished by its good treatment and attention to guests' requests. Finally, the distinguished entertainment team adds a wonderful atmosphere of intimacy, positivity, and entertainment to the resort, which is loved by everyone, young and old, and of all nationalities.

Noticed staff are not very happy with their job. Small tip helps with this problem. Staff also should be aware that there are customers from countries other than Russia.

Very nice facility. Best place to eat, play, drink and sleep. Safe for families.

Loved the new wing; barista coffee, wonderful pastries, unique hand crafted "tents" on the patio, live music, incredible interior design and comfortable lounge areas.
