Everything was mostly in Italian and not of staff could speak or understand english.

There was no option to leave our child in kids club, because animation kids team was speaking only Italian. Moreover they were not really interested to accept non Italian children. Thanx to (English/ Russian speaking) guys Fox and Alladin who were very friendly to our kid near pool and beach :). All performances for adults were also in Italian.

The hotel is very nice and cosy. You live like in small Italian village. The atmosphere is really Italian. Many Italian guests :))) kitchen is perfect. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Very clean pools. Beautiful beach and corals.

Rooms far away from main building and slopes upwards . Hotel management refuses that outside taxis drive to the main door so we have to walk with our shopping bags the distance .

Green plants everywhere . Good and friendly staff especially Mr. Waleed at the barbecue and Mr. Kareem at the main Resturant

You should be aware when booking that the guests at the resort were almost all Italian. We were told that we were the first English people to stay there in over five years. We did struggle a bit when we checked in as the staff were more used to speaking Italian and we unfortunately don't speak Italian.

We were not expecting our stay to be on an all inclusive deal as i1t wasn't mentioned at all during the booking process but it seems that this is automatically included in the price we had paid when we booked. This made a good value apartment into an excellent value for money. The choice and quality of the food was excellent. Apartment was very large and had both a bath and shower. Beach and pool area were very clean and well maintained

The pool water was cold. The beach was nice but filled with corals which made it hard to go swimming.

It was an amazing stay starting with the staff that were very helpful, a lot of recreational activities inside the resort, the room was spacious and clean, the gardens and the surrounding area of the resort was beautiful and curated to details, the food was of all sorts and all of it was delicious. Had an amazing stay at this resort. Would recommend to everyone

The sea is full of rocks, not sandy and most of it is not suitable for swimming. The place is more suitable for couples and not families. It does not contain an aqua park or anything like that and is somewhat far from the downtown.

Simply , if you are looking for calm and relaxation, this is the perfect choice. The location is excellent, the staff and the entertainment team in particular are extremely cooperative and fun. The place is wonderful, the staff are very polite, and the food is varied and delicious.

Everything was perfect, staff are so supportive & friendly specially Khaled & Khairia in reception. Food was great and had varities. Pool area and pool bar was great. Beach is clean and amazing.. snorkling experience was out of this world 💙 Room was very spacious and clean.

The music at pool was very loud for the villa close to it.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. We spend few days of Ramadhan and Eid at the hotel and the staff made every effort to make it special for us and rest of people observing fast. Amazing location and facilities, we already want to book our next trip to stay at same property.

Too many mosquitoes! It’s impossible to stay outdoors after the sun sets. Pool area and gardens areas are the worst! Please take action and do the needful to get this problem solved.

The food was absolutely delicious everything at the lurch and dinner , in the morning pizza time at 10:30 on the beach was amazing pizza then we had aperitivo at the bar swimming pool delicious ! The staff was friendly and professional . My room was clean every day and very pretty , comfortable room

I’ve seen someone who looks like a senior staff shouting and scolding one of the waiters, throwing plates and glasses on the floor, in front of the guests, the waiter went away crying.

If you are English dont bother. Mainly for Italians and we felt a little isolated. The food was ok. All inclusive wasn’t what I’d class as all inclusive. Snack bars none existent really only pizza at restaurants at the beach bar. No wine available on it either only at dinner which is still fizzy white awful red and when asked for rose wine I saw them mix red and white. Entertainment ok if you’re Italian. Reception people extremely rude bar staff lovely.

Wifi is very bad. PLease improve.

This is a italian's hotel. Everybody speaks italian. Food is good; but the wifi connect in the hotel very bad. Once they allowed us stay at hotel for free to the flight at check out day night. but when we leave they want money for using the hotel. And we show the wp conversation they cancelled the payment be carefull.
