How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewNice breakfast with a lot to eat! - staff were very pleasant and always willing to serve! - the place is in a great location right at the Pyramids on Giza - Mira & Yuri were super helpful with some great up to date conversations on WhatsApp.😁 - also bottles of water are free and are given out, when needed- place is kept tidy and clean with some amazing!! views from roof top as well!!! 😁

Verified reviewThe hostest Mira was fantastic. Very welcoming and gracious. The view from the room (incl hot tub), restaurant and roof top has a completely unimpeded view of the Pyramids. Across the road from the gate at the Sphinx. If you are staying in Gaza would highly recommend.
The wifi is a little spotty at times.

Verified reviewWe first stayed at the beginning of our holiday & re booked again after travelling in Egypt towards the end. Everything was good & to our expectations the bedrooms, the delicious huge breakfast spread on the rooftop restaurant eating & taking in the pyramid view. The lovely kind staff, especially the smiling Amira & the lady in the restaurant who really looked after us. We went again for the same room on the ground floor. Don't waste your time looking around. This is a perfect location right opposite the pyramid entrance, and it is very peaceful for a good night sleep, not like Cairo downtown loud & noisy.

Verified reviewThe hotel was right opposite the pyramid entrance. It was a great location, especially from the rooftop restaurant & very clean - staff nice & lovely filling breakfast with fresh mango 🥭 😋 juice all inc. We got a free airport shuttle - for anyone who booked for 3 or more days. Why pay double or more for hotels in the same row - don't delay book right away- save your money, and you won't be disappointed.

Watching the sunrise and sunset over one of the world’s greatest wonders right from my room was truly magical. Verified reviewGreat stay! Sheko from the breakfast team was incredibly kind and friendly — she made our mornings really special. The receptionist Farag was very helpful and assisted us with an issue regarding our airport transfer. In general, all the staff were kind and ready to help at any time.
The property could use some minor maintenance — things like towel racks, mirrors, wardrobe and the TV could be better fixed. However, these small issues are easily overlooked thanks to the incredible view from the room (Sphinx room), which truly makes the stay memorable.

Verified reviewThis property is right outside the pyramids entry gate (sphinx side) and the view from the room and the rooftop is just mind blowing.. the staff is super friendly and warm. Especially Mira, uri and the treetop lady staff. As I was travelling with a 2 month old baby they made sure the stay was as comfortable as it can get. Just loved my stay there and definitely stay again on my next visit to giza. Thank you Mira and uri and all the staff for being so accommodating, warm and caring 🥰
The size of the bathroom cubicle. Any person who is slightly bigger can’t fit into that bathroom. Rest everything is amazing

The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking view — waking up to see the pyramids from my balcony was absolutely surreal. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, yet it still maintained a touch of Egyptian charm. The rooftop terrace offered the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or unwind in the evening with panoramic views of the pyramids, especially during the nightly sound and light show. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Giza. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt. First they didn’t give us the room that we booked then everyday we face water & electricity cuts. a car transfer was included in our booking but they didn’t offer it. AC was very noisy and because of electricity cut didn’t work during the day. Then, food there is terrible especially the breakfast The service in this hotel is bad when you pay 100$ per night you except some standards. We decided to end early our stay and leave. We had to insist to be refunded cause at the beginning they tried to avoid to pay us back. The worst hotel we have ever been. One word : RUN
Dear Mouna, Thank you for your comments but just needed to clarify some points as it seems that you misunderstand it. 1- About the Room Actually the room that was given to you was a complimentary from our side as it cost more that the one that you have booked yourself. 2- And for the electricity issue we have been clear and I have personally clarified that more than 1 Time that electric issue duo to the government electricity network upgrade so the whole block was down Nothing was in our hands for sorry and you understood it as you have shown us. 3- The breakfast am sorry for such inconvenience, and promise that we will do our best to improve. 4- And for the refund it went really smooth and you got refunded and the reason why it took so long I had to go back to booking in order to confirm the modification to be accurate about how much i supposed to refund you and no one ever said that we will not going to refund Hope that respond feeds you will.
