My wife said that the gym is not very big, and there are not many exercise machines and equipment for sports, but it didn't matter to me, because I was drinking beer at the time.

The animation team deals only with white people regarding any activities. Ignoring us very frankly because of our colour. Also, the guys who make the drinks. They are only dealing with the people they think they are tourists. While I paid the same or even more. The pools want more frequent cleaning

During low tide, the sea water became quite shallow, which made swimming a bit difficult.

This is our third visit in a row, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Reda, who upgraded our bracelets to VIP, allowing us to visit four à la carte restaurants and surprising us with an elegant fresh fruit basket in the room. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

The location is not very close to hurgada but they have very good taxi system within the hotel. The sea is not very good because it has small sharp rocks and it s difficult to get in especially with a small kid like us. And it had a lot of jelly fishes. The sheets weren't very soft. Lastly although the staff was very very friendly and polite, some receptionists feld little abrupt. But overall it was a really really nice experience.

The area was very beautiful especially in the renovated part. The restaurant and the design was very good and helped you feel relaxed. They had different live music each day at dinner and a show at the theatre for kids. I strongly recommend this place

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive they truly made the experience feel special. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the entire property was just stunning, super family friendly too! So many activities for all ages. The pools, water park were beautiful, the restaurants offered so many delicious options, and the beach area was perfect for relaxing. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. If you have the chance to go, don’t hesitate , you won’t be disappointed!!

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfort , the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. It’s also conveniently located near everything you need. Special thanks to Mr. John, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. If you’re planning a vacation to Hurghada or Gouna, this is definitely the best place to stay! The room furniture was outdated . The double bed was comfortable but the mattress on the single beds were less comfortable .

The Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff very helpful, friendly, polite and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The food was tasty different dishes served in lunch and then dinner. Veriaty of food and drinks . Coctails were strong not like in normal all inclusice packages with cheapest weak drinks. The hotel had 3 swimming pool areas. You could quietly enjoy your stay by a pool where only adults were allowed. Or enjoy a bit of music and have fun with friends and family in other 2 pool areas. I will definitly go back next year.

I would recommend providing a soap and shampoo dispenser instead of using small plastic bottles. The booking conditions could be clarified. On Booking.com, it states that the hotel will block an amount on your account to verify payment information, but three days before arrival, they block the full amount. I feel this information is not clearly communicated on the platform.

The staff was incredible—exceptionally kind and supportive. Vegan options were clearly labelled at the buffet, and there’s also a dedicated vegetarian restaurant. The food was fresh and homemade. We stayed in the Honeymoon Room, which had stunning sea views and was quite spacious. Since we arrived early in the morning, we were able to book an early check in, paying 20 EUR.

The cocktails were not really good - in the all inclusive package, it's only local shots, and not 100% juices. But for the price, we can't complain; and if you want, you can buy juices, smoothies, higher quality cocktails for around 5€ each.

Everything was really nice, beautiful green environment inside the resort (nice to walk), great food and variety in the dishes, clean and nice, modern rooms, helpful staff. The resort is huge, but it doesn't feel crowded.
