La card della camera si smagnetizzava tutti i giorni ed ogni volta dovevamo tornare in rec per sistemarla. Cibo buono ma migliorabile (poca varietà)

Recensione verificataLe camere sono un po’ attempate, avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. Buona la cucina (ottima pizza e dolci). Staff super competente e gentile, ringrazio in particolare Asim (se non sbaglio il nome) che ci ha accolto di notte (ci è stata servita la cena in camera alle 2.30 pm), l’animazione.. Samu, juana e Fabio. Lo staff della piscina (non so il nome del responsabile ma è davvero una persona gentile e competente).
La gestione dei negozi.. non si può l”combattere” per i prezzi improponibili all’interno del resort.. dai souvenir al centro estetico.. chi è in vacanza è sicuramente disposto a pagare di più ma non a farsi derubare…

Recensione verificataAbbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza, tutti ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio già al momento dell'arrivo mostrando un'estrema gentilezza nel portarci i bagagli e mostrandosi disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, in particolare Mohamed che ci ha anche scritto su whatsapp, fornendoci il suo contatto in caso di bisogno. Ci è piaciuto molto l'ordine e la pulizia della camera grazie ai ragazzi delle pulizie che si sono dimostrati molto carini e scherzosi lasciandoci sempre sculture simpatiche con le asciugamani sul letto. Altro aspetto importante è la pulizia della piscina che veniva fatta ogni giorno compresi i lettini che venivano lavati anche con il sapone. Il cibo era discretamente buono, c'era vasta scelta e varietà ogni giorno, inoltre, anche la pasta, nonostante fosse precotta, era abbastanza buona. In genere sul cibo ha oltrepassato le aspettative che erano molto basse. I dipendenti del buffet tutti gentilissimi e molto molto carini, cordiali e professionali. Le ciambelle fatte al momento la mattina stupende e buonissime. La spiaggia bellissima con una barriera corallina stupenda, e, quando tutti i lettini erano pieni ci facevano usufruire di quelli posti più in là comunque ottimi. Un aspetto importante per noi italiani è che ogni loro gesto gentile non era accompagnato da una richiesta di mancia, anzi, nessuno ci ha mai posto nell'imbarazzo di chiedercela.
Non ci è piaciuto il servizio bar sulla spiaggia e nella piscina poiché avevano bicchieri sporchi che abbiamo visto noi stessi sciacquassero solamente con acqua: senza lavarli. Perciò, quando dovevamo prendere qualcosa chiedevamo di mettercela nel bicchiere di carta. Inoltre aspetto negativissimo è che il bar sulla spiaggia non aveva acqua fresca, probabilmente non funziona il frigo ma era sempre solo calda, per fortuna si poteva chiedere acqua al ristorante sulla spiaggia i cui sandwich erano buonissimi (la pizza direi di no, così come quella del buffet che si potrebbe molto migliorare). Altro aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è la presenza di stuzzichini sulla spiaggia che erano completamente assenti. Il cibo del buffet invece potrebbe essere migliorato cambiando più spesso i sughetti per la pasta, facendo lievitare di più la pizza e usando meno impasto dato che rimaneva sempre un pò cruda al centro, e speziando meno alcune cose come gli hamburger e i gamberi. Ma per il resto era ben oltre le nostre aspettative stando a sharm.

Recensione verificataAbbiamo soggiornato in questo resort 10 giorni. Ottima pulizia, ci è stata assegnata una bella stanza con vista piscina. Il cibo è buono e il buffet offre molti tipi di piatti appartenenti a diverse cucine. Inoltre all'interno ci sono vari ristoranti compresi nell'all inclusive. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi ma volendo c'è una navetta gratuita che parte ogni 15 minuti. C’è un pontile che oltrepassa la barriera corallina e permette di accedere a un ottimo punto per fare snorkeling, davvero molto bello. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, il giorno della partenza avendo il volo in tarda sera abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti servizi del resort anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e senza dubbio la prossima volta che torneremo a Sharm el Sheikh sceglieremo di nuovo questo resort.

Molto grande, possibilità di prendere la navetta ed andare al mare che si trova a pochi passi, possibilità di noleggiare maschere, pinne e salvagente per fare snorkeling. Recensione verificataBarriera corallina fantastica vicina all‘hotel,cibo buono e vario,staff disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e animazione fantastica senza essere insistenti. Viaggiando in famiglia abbiamo usufruito del mini club per nostra figlia è possiamo dire solo fantastico perché erano veramente bravissimo e gentili.
Molto spreco di cibo nel ristorante centrale dove la gente lasciava tantissimo cibo nei piatti,bisognerebbe fare qualcosa per controllare di più questo problema dando una regola per non buttare via tutto quel cibo.

Recensione verificataIl resort è davvero bello e lo staff molto accogliente, direi un 4* pari agli standard italiani. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e sufficientemente insonorizzate. La spiaggia riservata all'hotel è a 300 mt dalla struttura e solo tuffandovi in mare con una maschera potete ammirare una barriera corallina incredibilmente colorata e brulicante di vita marina da far invidia a Ras Mohammed. Il cibo è buono e molto vario. Il ristorante a buffet ha opzioni per tutti, anche vegani, inoltre si può scegliere se cenare in uno dei ristoranti etnici che la struttura propone (consiglio il ristorante egiziano col pane appena sfornato e una grigliata eccezionale). La sera c'è sempre qualche spettacolo con cui intrattenersi che viene anche tradotto in italiano, lingua che un po' tutto lo staff del resort conosce. Consigliatissimo il "carnival", uno spettacolo di musica, balli, piume e lustrini che vi porteranno ad assistere in un complesso vicino. Davvero un intrattenimento d'alto livello accompagnato da chioschetti di dolci e snacks come al luna park. Aggiungo che drink e cibo sono sicuri e viene fornita acqua in bottiglia in abbondanza, non ho avuto problemi durante il mio soggiorno. Se tornassi a Sharm non esiterei a soggiornare qui. Piccolo ringraziamento a Mohamed, il responsabile dell'accoglienza, molto disponibile e celere nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta anche via WhatsApp.
La temperatura nelle stanze è fredda e non si può variare: impostando il condizionatore sulla modalità ventilatore la situazione migliora. Materassi rigidi, ma nonostante ciò sono abbastanza comodi.

Recensione verificataUn resort davvero incantevole, accogliente e non troppo grande. A pochi passi si trova una spiaggia privata, con una delle barriere coralline più suggestive della zona. Molto comodi i teli mare messi a disposizione dall’hotel. Lo staff delle escursioni si è rivelato impeccabile: non solo ci ha permesso di scoprire luoghi mozzafiato, ma con la loro competenza e professionalità ci hanno guidato in un viaggio ricco di storia, tradizioni e curiosità. Samu e Omar hanno conquistato i nostri cuori. Per l’animazione italiana, non possiamo non menzionare Samir che, complice la sua allegria contagiosa e l’energia inesauribile, è sempre riuscito a strapparci un dolce sorriso.
Cibo completamente da rivedere: pietanze speziate e di scarsa qualità. L’animazione italiana, essendo un resort frequentato maggiormente da stranieri, è un po’ carente nelle attività serali.

Recensione verificataUn posto da sogno in cui vi sentirete coccolati. Ogni cosa è perfetta, il personale si impegna al massimo per dare agli ospiti un servizio eccellente. Gli addetti alle pulizie puliscono ogni cosa ogni giorno ad ogni ora, perfino la cancellata dei balconi. Gli animatori sono entusiasti e si impegnano a creare intrattenimenti sempre più coinvolgenti. Non sono mai invadenti, ti chiedono se vuoi partecipare ma a un “no” se ne vanno e in ogni caso, se non si vuole essere disturbati, c’è una bandiera rossa da mettere vicino al proprio ombrellone. Il personale di sala è gentile e solerte, gli chef sono bravissimi, cucinano pietanze ottime, mai avuto problemi di stomaco. Il personale della reception fa di tutto per aiutare gli ospiti, in particolare Mohamed, il manager dell’hotel, risolve ogni problema. C’è poi Shebl sempre pronto ad aiutarti con le valigie. Anche il servizio taxi è eccellente, per non parlare della navetta bus che avanti e indietro tutto il giorno per portare gli ospiti al mare e ritorno. Poi ancora i ragazzi dei bar, pronti per prepararvi i drink. Insomma: un posto in cui ci siamo sentiti dei re. Ci hanno accolti e serviti magnificamente. Il mare nella loro spiaggia ha poi una barriera fantastica. Se andate a Sharm: scegliete loro.

Recensione verificataPremettendo che ho prenotato "da me" scegliendo questo resort sulla base del punteggio di Booking (che devo dire sempre veritiero e non delude mai ) e sulle recensioni lette! Il resort è molto bello, grande al punto giusto, accogliente (lo staff eccezionale, presente, visibile e molto gentile), pulito (anche se le camere sono vecchiotte ma gli ambienti molto molto puliti. Il manager della reception Mohamed, favoloso, ti accoglie, ti coccola e all'occorrenza ti accontenta e risolve qualsiasi imprevisto. Spa, piscine e spiaggia belle, accessibili facilmente, sempre con innumerevoli servizi. Ristorante a buffet sempre molto variegato ( ogni sera c'è una cena tematica) ....per noi italiani trovi sempre qualcosa da mangiare! 🤣 Animazione soft ma carinissimi sia gli italiani che gli stranieri! Consigliatissimo ....💯
Se proprio devo dire qualcosa.....le mosche che il pomeriggio girano in piscina e a mare E le bevande calde (devi per forza chiedere il ghiaccio!)

Recensione verificataMi è piaciuta molto la tranquillità della struttura, ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. La piscina è grande e ben organizzata, e la pulizia della camera è stata impeccabile per tutto il soggiorno. Anche i bar sono sempre aperti e gestiti con professionalità, e l’animazione è presente ma mai invadente. In generale, ho trovato l’ambiente molto accogliente e rilassante.
Avrei preferito una maggiore varietà nel cibo, soprattutto nella frutta, che era spesso sempre la stessa. Anche il sistema per prendere le bevande durante i pasti potrebbe essere migliorato: spesso si formavano code solo per una bottiglia d’acqua. Sarebbe più comodo trovare l’acqua già ai tavoli o avere distributori per le bevande analcoliche.

Recensione verificataLa struttura si trova molto vicino all’aereoporto (in taxi 10 minuti). Il personale é molto gentile e asseconda tutte le necessità dei clienti. Molto gentili anche i ragazzi che si occupano della sistemazione delle camere. I ristoranti sono sempre ben forniti e il cibo è ottimo. A pochi minuti con il bus, sempre offerto dal resort, si arriva comodamente alla spiaggia.
