Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoLa verdad no tengo nada positivo que contar, lo único bueno el personal del desayuno. El desayuno todos los días lo mismo, la comida muy pasada. La cama estaba llena de pelos, el cuarto súper sucio, lleno de polvo, el baño asqueroso. El último día se rompio la mampara del cuarto de baño por un golpe de temperatura supongo, me corte en algunas partes por que en ese momento me estaba cepillando los dientes, y ni caso me hicieron. Luego nos quisieron cobrar 60 euros por la mampara que no habíamos roto. El gerente un verdadero mal educado. Nos tuvieron detenidos en el hotel y se quedaron con nuestro equipaje, vergonzoso. No soy de poner comentarios, pero la mala experiencia que tuvimos mi marido y yo no me gustaría que nadie la volviera a repetir.
Todoooooooooo. Y vuelvo a recalcar la poca vergüenza del gerente. Nos veían como bancos andantes. El gerente tendría que dedicarse a cuidar los detalles del hotel y no estar solo para aprovecharse del cliente. Encima era tan obvio que primero nos pidió que le pagasemos 60 euros, luego 40 y como le dije que no pagaríamos se enfado y nos volvió a pedir 60 euros, teniendonos retenidos en el hotel. Además las habitaciones súper viejas

Comentario auténticoEs un hotel perfecto. Nos dieron una suite cuando habíamos pagado una habitación inferior. La habitación era enorme y muy cómoda. El trato del personal es fantástico. No desayunamos porque salíamos temprano, pero nos tomamos un café y un croissant. El hotel esta muy cerca del aeropuerto lo que resulta muy cómodo.

El personal de la recepción es maleducado. Una chica y un chico el día que llegamos jueves 11/05 por el mediodía. Nos hicieron cambiarle un billete de uS$100 por que no era el azul. De 5 estrellas no tiene nada, te dan vasos de plástico, baños sucios, sábanas y toallones manchados. No tiene spa como dice la página. En argentina es un 2 estrellas con suerte.
