Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe bathroom has a drainage problem in the shower area،The lighting in the room was not very good and there were a few problems with the service. The swimming pool is meant to close at sunset but it closes before sunset .
The location is excellent and very close to City Stars Mall, just 13 minutes away from the airport. The swimming pool is very nice and the room was nice too.The restaurant was excellent

I found that the location was perfect for my stay and met my expectations which are: plenty of restaurants within walking distance, one huge shopping mall again within walking distance although need to be careful how to cross the road since there are no traffic lights installed. Hospital next to the hotel and airport and city centre are just 10-15 minutes away so perfect hotel.

NetherlandsFrom the moment I arrived, my experience was filled with frustration due to the actions of staff. Upon check-in, the clerks spent an excessive amount of time trying to confirm my reservation, even after I provided proof. When we finally got to the rooms, it was not properly prepared for our stay; there were no slippers, ,dust The issues continued when we went to check out. The staff accused us of missing towels and slippers from the room. I explained that I always bring my own personal towels and do not use the hotel's, and that we did not have any of the hotel's slippers. The staff's insistence on a thorough luggage check was insulting, and their lack of apology was unprofessional. We were kept waiting and accused of theft, which was incredibly stressful, especially since we had a flight to catch. The entire experience was a complete disaster and ruined what should have been a pleasant stay. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to gewan hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone. I hope you will address these serious issues with the staff and management.

EgyptThe hotel doesn’t deserve to be a 5 star hotel. Internet Wifi is totally down most of the time, even the mobile cellular network is very bad as if the location is in an isolated island or mountains, despite the location of the hotel is perfect in the middle of Cairo. Facilities seems to be old despite it is a new hotel, the door card didn’t work all the time, which wasted a lot of time every time I try to login to my room of at least 20 minutes. You have 2 water bottles only per day, if you need extra, you have to pay for them. The reception, housekeeping, and room service numbers didn’t answer our calls most of the time, and you have to call them many times in order they pick up the calls.
