I booked a twin bed city view room from booking, but when we arrived they gave us a king bed room and was upgraded to side sea view as a compensation so don’t relay on what you have booked it depends on the availability in the hotel The parking is not free it costs 350 EP per day equals to 7 $ and this wasn’t clear in booking when I booked my stay

The hotel has nightclub vibes from 10pm until sunrise. Forget about trying to sleep in your room. Nothing blocks the deafening sound inside your room coming from outside. Literally as if it is a nightclub!! Most of the music was from the next door hotels doing events all night and it is relentless and incessant. The hotel is nice unless you want to sleep at night. In which case forget it. Also you need to understand that since the hotel is very small and there is no boundary between it and the neighbouring hotel to the left and right it does feel like it is the hotel itself that is blaring the music.

Ahmed the front manager was helpful and tried to solve the various problems we had at the hotel. However many of these were out of his control such as music blaring so loud literally all through the night until 6.30am in the morning.

The road to the hotel was sandy and it seems they have not finished tarmac the road yet.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom. Very good customer service, and breakfast and dinner were great.

The hotel is cozy, and the overall atmosphere is great. The restaurant is clean with a lot of variety for breakfast. The hotel is in a premium location with beach access. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The reception desk employees are welcoming with a nice smile.

I don’t recommend the restaurant for dinner or lunch The sea side rooms is almost same as city view Also there is a hotel beside was noisy for some rooms

Not of the hotel’s doing, but February can be quite cold with very few visitors to the city. Still a great hotel!

Breakfast service was disappointing. Although it was stated to start at 7 AM, the restaurant was closed when we arrived, and no preparations were made. Even though it’s à la carte, they should have started earlier. We had to wait 30 minutes just for breakfast, which could have been handled more efficiently.

The hotel is large, and the room is very spacious. Its location right by the beach is a definite highlight.

Food is too salty, we just took some bites of the dinner and gave up. And someone opened our door without knocking and trying to come in( I don’t know who) and found we are sleeping then closed the door, which made me feel not safe.

The cleanest hotel I stayed in Egypt, big bed, spacious. The stuffs are very helpful. The beach is fantastic.
