How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewThe stuff was amazing people friendly with nice attitude starting from our arrival we made the check-in very fast with welcome drink and upgrade our room to sea view for free. the room is wide and very clean the view was amazing and the food always available over the buffet time and there is a man always standing to help every one i think he is the restaurant manager mr fatouh. Also mr ali in the reception office was also helpful and solving any problems for all the guests. The location is great and the private beach infront of the hotel was very nice.

Verified reviewWithout a doubt one of the favourite hotels we stayed during our time in Sharm el Sheikh.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly,polite,kind,attentive and professional,making us feel right home. Verified reviewThe staff, the location is perfect, 700 m to the old market, the check-in experience was nice and the receptionist (Hamada ) is amazing, The rooms are clean, spacious and the garden is near the pool.

Verified reviewGreat location, the room was situated within a walking distance to anything you may need. On site there was a swimming pool, restaurant and souvenir and small convenience store. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. The room was spacious and offered beautiful views of the beach. Great stay, would recommend!

first of all the food is HORRIBLE, it's stale, cold and sometimes even has already gone bad but it's still being served not to mention the fact that it's been cooked since forever so some items are very hard to chew or swallow also there's no variety in the food options, the protein served is either very small in quantity or simply a very low quality version of that it's supposed to be for example the served very stale "chicken" nuggets that are very cheap with no chicken in it, another example is the "creamy chicken soup" but with no chicken just some chicken skin to give a vague taste of chicken. another bad example of the food, some salads and dressing smelled rotten yet still served. my family's room had roaches. the hallways on the first floor smell like piss and feces because the staff bathrooms' air vents are directly on the hallways so you're just walking in a cloud of piss and poo smell which is just disgusting. when checking out we voiced our concerns about the restaurant quality and we were met with denial and were told that it's our fault we didn't complain as if it's normal to be served rotten food in the first place! they simply think they're not doing anything wrong and that their food is very clean which is delusional. their animation team is lazy and disrespectful to foreigners one guy from that team kept insulting foreigners in arabic calling them names and being very vulgar since he knows they won't understand a word he's saying. they're not beachfront you have to get out of the hotel and cross the road to access the beach, on top of that it's very unclean and contaminated with boats oil also people drop food in it and obviously there's no maintenance from the hotel. the pool is very small compared to the amount of residents at the hotel also it's not the cleanest.

Verified reviewAll the staff were amazing, Mr Ali at reception, who changed my room for.me, and gave me a lovely view. And also an english channel to watch in the room.😂the restaurant staff., cleaning staff, bar staff, all staff were fantastic Animation team were great Beds were super comfy, room was clean, Beach was lovely, clean and well looked after, and a minute walk from the hotel. Food, was really good for a 3 star hotel, the chefs 👩🍳 made good food, always meat, chicken and fish dish, pasta if you dont fancy that, lovely salads, lovely fresh bread and dessert 🍨
Everything in plastic tiny glasses ( not good for the environment) have dispensers around the complex to fill up, Have white wine included for dinner, I dont like red, and thats all that was avaliable, and only at dinner. No diet drinks, had to buy from outside. Maybe purchase or rent a couple of mini buses, a super location for the Old market, but other parts of sharm, difficult to.get to, you could even put a small charge for buses to Narma bay, soho sq and Nabq. Some parts of the hotel needed a but of tlc, ( beach toilets etc ) but didn't affect my stay at all, but maybe for future

Verified reviewTurquoise Beach Hotel is a true delight! The moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful the place is—lush gardens, sparkling pools, and a perfect beachfront setting. The amenities are fantastic, with comfortable rooms, great dining options, and plenty to keep you entertained. But the best part? The staff. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay, always helpful and incredibly kind. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of great facilities, stunning environment, and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Verified reviewMy stay here was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and stunning panoramic views of the turquoise sea left us in awe. We booked an Oceanfront Suite, and wow—waking up to the sound of waves and golden sunrises from our private balcony was pure magic! The room was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the ocean like a living painting. The staff went above and beyond!

Verified reviewIn my opinion, in terms of price to quality, this is one of the best hotels in Sharm. It is just important to understand that for this modest money ($30-50 per day depending on the season for a double room with breakfast) you should not expect luxury. But it is very clean, quiet, there is a private beach a minute's walk away, and Old Sharm with restaurants and shops is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfasts are acceptable, although monotonous.
If you clearly understand in advance all the advantages of this hotel and do not expect miracles - everything is great, there are no disappointments.
