Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. SwedenThe staff at the hotel was very friendly and responsive. On top of that, they would check with me every morning if I needed something extra. The reception is open 24/7 as well as the restaurant which makes a trip go much more smoothly. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. The location is very close to the pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum.

I can't say I liked, I'd say I loved everything about the place. The location, convenience and affordability was the best. I had the privacy that I wanted, my room was air-conditioned with an electronic water machine, hot showers and a comfortable bed. Place was secure with a garden in front ,the seated area had actually grass and allowed for a nice breeze to channel through. Some interesting restaurants were also very close, I enjoyed the Rooftop restaurant with its view, ambience and affordable food, mains and desserts were awesome. I would definitely be staying at the Turquoise Hotel come my next visit.

Very nice room with great air conditioning and a balcony. We slept very well. The hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, including transportation. The location is amazing, with a rooftop terrace that offers a fantastic view of the pyramids.

United KingdomThere was nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was a corner shelf in the actual shower, but nowhere around the sink to put toothbrushes etc. these couldn’t be put on the sink as it was wet due to the tap not going fully over the basin
2 minute walk to the entrance to the pyramids, this took much longer as you had to avoid all the people trying to get you to look into their shops or asking if you need a taxi

United KingdomEsraa, Gamila and the team are very friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. This is my second stay at this hotel as it is very central for everything. The roof top terrace is perfect for amazing views of the pyramid or enjoying a wonderful breakfast or meal. I am always made to feel comfortable here and receive a very warm welcome. The garden are well maintained and very beautiful. You would never know that outside this peaceful haven you are in central Giza.
