If you are looking for a hotel in the Giza area, this is the perfect choice for you. It has a clean and comfortable room and a wonderful view of the pyramids. In addition, the breakfast is rich and delicious. I recommend arranging tourist trips with them.

In fact, everything was fine, starting from check-in, breakfast, and the view. We liked everything. You can arrange tourist trips with him. The area is quiet and lively.

Nothing other than the room was clean and neat along with a good bathroom.

Breakfast was so boring and same everyday with no changes Location is located at a very weird place Electricity went out 3-4 times and we had to always take stairs to the 13th floor (not their fault as it's a location issue with some electricity fault or whatever it's)

Actually everything was fine starting from check in, breakfast and the view we liked everything you can arrange tours with it.

Sketchy location. The hotel stafff will scam you when your order food or transportation with them. The hotel room was full of flies. Not a clean hotel. Better spending your money somewhere.

Kind of a tourist trap. The hotel itself has absolutely no problems. The rooms are nice, staff is nice and welcoming, breakfast was good. However, the location is not good, apart from the view of the pyramids, which is indeed very nice. The area is not bad but it is far from the centre, and there is not really anything in the immediate vicinity. To get to downtown Cairo, one basically has to take a taxi, which is not expensive but takes maybe half an hour. Also, I found that Uber was not very useful and would take long to find drivers. The best way for me was to take a taxi to the closest metro station (10 minutes) and from there take the metro to downtown. If all you want is the view of the pyramids the hotel is nice, but if you plan on doing literally anything else it is better to go with a hotel more central.

Location is bad, far from downtown. The view of the pyramids is nice though but for me it is really not worth is to have to travel for so long to get to the inner city.

Your staff were good, accomodating and always ready to help. The hotel space is very beautiful and aesthetic. I loved my room and even miss it now. Your staff were really good.

The location of the hotel! 😩 I didn't like the environment. It was hard for me to get things I wanted. I had to always order ride to a distance to get what I was looking for.

I highly recommend this place. The hotel is very amazing. The staff are helpful and cooperative at all times. The hotel is very close to the pyramids and quiet at night. The view from the roof is magical, especially at night. The sound and light show on the pyramids is also affordable and reliable. I will repeat the experience with my family. I loved it. Egypt. I'll start there, as we arrived at the airport immediately outside, and our car was from the terminal. When we arrived at the terminal, there was a man who helped me carry the bags to the room. The room was clean, and upon exiting the room, it had a beautiful view of the pyramid. The man who works at Al Karam Hotel is very polite and kind, and speaks English. I don't know, but he was very patient. Their treatment of my children is sophisticated. They introduced me to a guide who speaks French , his name is Lui, and he is very good and polite. I am very happy with the top points. I will definitely come back with friends.

I enjoyed my stay here at Venus Pyramids Hotel. The staff is excellent and the cleanliness is great. It is a very upscale hotel. They respect their customers and were always at our service. We organized trips with them inside Egypt. The trips to Luxor and Aswan were enjoyable and full of information. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in Giza. It is your only choice.

At first I was very hesitant because of the many negative comments about this place, but the price is what made me choose it and try it, but it was a surprise to me, a very excellent hotel, a wonderful location, the cleanliness of the rooms is also wonderful, but the rooftop is a real treasure on the pyramids and a quiet place to sit. The breakfast was delicious and delicious, and when I asked Mohamed the manager about the negative comments, he gave me a scientific answer, they do not allow disturbances or anything illegal. I recommend staying here.

I wouldn't recommend the King Suite which promised a view of the pyramids. I wanted to have a good view but could only see buildings instead :( The pictures of the listing were very much misleading! I didn't plan on using the jacuzzi anyway, but I got a bath tub as you can see in the pictures (which also looked dirty, which was pointed out to me by my friend). I tried to reason this out with the staff working at the time but was given excuses that didn't really make sense. Wifi system wasn't explained well, so I had to use my own mobile data during my stay. I scored it a bit higher since the owner tried to offer compensation, but it was already a day too late as we opted to just transfer to a different hotel. I also wasn't able to use it as the timing and offering didn't fit my needs, it would have been better if they just gave a refund. The area didn't feel quite safe, but that might apply for this area of Giza and not the actual property. The elevator also didn't look very secure either.

Good value for money everything was fine they organized a car to pick us up from the airport at midnight and check in was easy at midnight and we arranged all the mobiles with them they were at special prices the breakfast was great and the view of the pyramids and the rooftop seating was really great

The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are cooperative and kind. The breakfast is wonderful. The view of the pyramids is magical. They provide many services such as trips within Egypt and trips to Luxor and Aswan.

We arrived before check-in time, but the staff was kind enough to give us another room to rest. After that, we moved to our original room. It is a wonderful hotel, really worth a visit. I recommend it.

I stayed at Venus Pyramids Hotel for a week and everything was fine. They arranged for us on all these days trips around Egypt, I think the pyramids and Cairo, also the Nile Dinner Cruise, Alexandria and Luxor. They were very wonderful in organizing these trips and they had good prices as well. Mohamed is a very good and cooperative person. I recommend dealing with him. The work team is very cooperative and kind. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel is as shown in the pictures, wonderful and very clean. Contrary to the negative comments about the hotel, the hotel is wonderful and located in a very distinguished location. I recommend booking it.
