More options for breakfast (yogurt, prepared pancakes, eggs) and a bit more rotation and fruits. Generally when I’m sorry for is not tipping more the personnel, especially in the kitchen. They are working really hard. At first I was kind of embarrassed to stopped them for work but I managed to sneak a little tip for them. Honestly for us the little tip doesn’t mean much, but for them it is a lot and much appreciated. Especially because the prices are so low.

Lifeguards were always watching the water surface. I can’t stress enough how important that is for parents. At moments there was 3 lifeguards, but min. 2, actively looking. None of them not even once on cellphone on talking to other people. Staff was very friendly. Pool is awesome. Water-bar by the pool. Great cocktails. Kids shows and amusement at night. Ice cream at hotels mini market was 1€ (kitekat, oreo). Very clean. I tipped the cleaning man every day and he made masterpieces with towels on my bed. Me and my wife took both 3 massages and were great and cheap. Trips the same. We especially liked safari. Great value for the price.

1- No air conditioning during the day in the restaurant and in the reception, 2- There is no airport shuttle bus, 3- The beach shuttle bus is very few (3 buses during the day) 4- The organization of the food in the restaurant is not clear to everyone, 5- The DG organization is not for everyone (more for Italian people) 6- We booked a room with all-inclusive but we still have to pay for the Turkish coffee) 7- no quality control for the room furniture, shower, sinks, and taps, Restaurant equipment dishes and drinking glasses 8- no internet during the majority of our stay ( we couldn't use it to do some work)

We are tourists from Denmark with high expectations, and this hotel exceeded every one of them. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our time in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and cared for. Our children especially enjoyed the pool, the food, and the engaging entertainment programs. We even made friends from other countries and had great fun participating in various games and activities. The rooms were spotless, and the laundry service was both fast and efficient. On the day of our departure, although we had already checked out, Mohamed Ibrahim from reception kindly offered us lunch and a room at no extra charge—a gesture we truly appreciated. We are already making plans to return to this wonderful hotel in December.

The location made it a bit difficult to move around because we didn't have a car, the only other option is taking a taxi. Maybe have more timings set for the shuttle bus to bring you back from the beach to the hotel. Food quality could have been a bit better.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and welcoming despite our short stay in the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim at the front desk for making the check-in process quick and easy and for giving us a good room and for being very generous with our requests.

Everything! 11 out of 10. We had a perfect stay all the staff was só nice and helpfull. They treat us like we were at home. They let us have dinner for free at the day we arrived because it was late already. Special thanks to Mahmud just a incredible human. Hope to go back soon we had such a lovely stay !!!

I loved this hotel the only fault was bad wifi but the hotel give you routa if your internet isn’t good in your room. Also the spa is very expensive and you can get it for £25 on booking.com instead of the $100 they charge.

Everything, we loved this hotel and all the staff were amazing. The rooms are clean the staff can’t do enough to make you happy. The pool is clean and has slides. The food has a different selection each night. The hotel has its own beach 5mins away and they provide a shuttle bus each way. Paradise beach is gorgeous and Palma beach has coral. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m bringing my family back here next time as it’s so safe and lovely people. Great value for money . The wifi isn’t great but the hotel provide a routa to take with you all holiday to boost connection and take to beach.

My stay was great! The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the pool services were excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the entertainment staff( Animation Zero - ), who lacked energy and communication, which ruined my vacation.

I liked the reception, Mr. Mahrous and Mr. Mohamed, their professional dealings, and Al-Aswani in the swimming pool, and special thanks to Captain Mahmoud.⚡👌🏽

The only downside is the internet, which isn’t very good — but for those who don’t need it for work, it’s no big deal. After all, I’m on vacation, there’s a huge pool at the hotel, so why would I need the internet or my phone?

I loved absolutely everything. Even before my arrival, I needed to come a day earlier and they promptly arranged a room for me at a great price. All three meals are very good, with pasta, crepes, and omelets made to order. There are two private beaches with umbrellas and lounge chairs for guests, and shuttle buses available at various times.

What I really liked about the property was the staff and the service. They were very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived at 6 am in the morning and they checked us early without any additional charge! The room was very spacious and new and it was very clean!

We had a great time at Verginia Sharm Resort. The hotel is cozy, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere with a lovely pool and very good food. What really made our stay special was Mohamed in the reception and the staff – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks also to Mahmoud, who went out of his way to make meals enjoyable, reserving us a table and even preparing special drinks by the pool. We also want to thank the local agency just across the street from the hotel – they organized a fantastic excursion for us and were honest, respectful, and flexible when our plans changed. Their support and kindness made a big difference. The hotel kindly offered us a late check-out, which made our last day very comfortable. We felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay – highly recommended!
