“The location is fantastic, but the house is outdated and poorly managed. Tiny TV, damaged utensils and appliances, no Wi-Fi, leaking air conditioning, and broken furniture. On top of that, we were pressured to pay cash for sheets/towels, and the host never replaced the rusty broken broom she initially gave us. Marcella’s hospitality was zero: no tact, no manners, no care. Very disappointing.”
“You pay only for location. Apartment in very poor condition, no availability of basics like soap or gel even for 1 day. For everything you you have to pay extra, towels 10 eur, air conditioner price depends on length of stay. Not sure why we were charged 150 eur deposit, because there was hardly anything worth 150 eur in this apartment. We wanted to collect the keys around 3pm, but they wanted to charge us for that as well 20 eur. To much trouble comparing with any hotel or other apartments we stayed in the past. If you are looking for a sea view you may have it, but not sure if worth the price.”
