    “Small and very friendly hotel situated a few minutes walk from the beach in the Ebro Delta, an area rich in wildlife and gastronomy and one of the largest rice growing areas in Spain. Extensive menu and wine list at reasonable prices. And they switched on the TV for us when we told them we wanted to watch the womens' Euros match. ⚽. Good breakfast and Carlos on the front desk was lovely.”

Our host Jordy was very helpfull and speaks very well English, a very important bonus if you are staying in Spain and you don't speak Spanish yourself. La Vela is a very nice holiday home, everything you need is present and the house is very spaceous. And yes, we are surely returning to La Vela.”

    “Super clean apartment, with just about everything you could need. Spacious and comfortable for two people. Nice to have the option of the pool. Good location for exploring the Delta, and right next to a Eurospar, though you'll need to cross the bridge over to Deltebre for a bigger choice of restaurants, bars, shops etc. Sandra was very helpful and supplied useful videos via Whatsapp to explain where everything was in the flat. The a-c was welcome but most of the time the ceiling fans were enough.”
