Everything was great a fan broke and it fixed within hours Carol & Andy were great hosts. Property was immaculate, everything you could need and more, would recommend we will be booking again.

Great location, tidy and clean accommodation which had everything we needed. Beautiful pool if you enjoy swimming. Lovely beach nearby and bars. Well stocked supermarket near.

There is nothing bad I can say. The property is perfect.

This is the 4th time staying here & it’s like home from home for us. Carol & Andy are first class hosts. Nothing is ever a problem. They go above & beyond for their guests.

We didn't like the bedroom in the basement as it lacked light and it is behind the garage.

The house is clean and comfortable and had all the facilities you could ask for. The arranged lift to and from the airport made traveling very easy. The house is very comfortable but a little dated.

We recently returned from holiday at Litha house. The house was spotless on our arrival. Very well equipped house. It has everything anybody could need for a holiday and more. Carol and Andy are lovely and very accommodating. Beds very comfortable. Lovely pool and grounds well maintained. We are looking forward to going back again next year.

i loved the idea of carol been in the house to show us around when we got there showed us all the rooms what keys go where.. They were an amazing couple to deal with made us so at home and nothing was an issue you could text them about anything, we were only a short distance to the beach and pub where we had breakfast and dinner most days. this house is like home from home with a pool... i will 100% return again very shortly..

Nothing i can think of, definatly the first i'll be checking the avalability of on our yealy visits.

The location is great and just a short walk from the town centre and the beaches. There is off road parking, right outside the garage/lower floor door which is ideal to unload and store any sort of sporting equipment with you, or even just the beach stuff. The bedrooms have ceiling fans installed which were ideal. The hosts were great, arranged picking us up from the airport, suggested some fishing spots to try and even left us a welcome hamper with all the essentials - and a bottle of wine which didn't last long after 12 hours of traveling

basement area of the house is poorly ventillated; I couldn't sleep there, but luckily this was not necessary. This is an ideal house for four but not for six.

Excellent location, very central and easy to access beach, shops and restaurants. Very helpful hosts, especially Shari. Kitchen is very well-equipped, beds are very comfortable and lovely large bath towels supplied. We wanted for nothing and hada lovely stay.

When we booked, it was advertised on booking.com that the pool was heated. Unfortunately this was not the case. It put a sour note on the holiday as our little girl was desperate to swim everyday and had been looking forward to this, being such a water baby, but it was far too cold for anyone to use.

Great sized accommodation with good layout. Had everything we needed inside the apartment. Nice little welcome pack with milk, water, biscuits, coffee, teabags, washing machine tablet. The folder was good with recommendations for the local area. It was good to have Carol and Andy at the other end of the message to give recommendations. It was in a great area just a stroll from the beach or from local restaurants, bars and a little play park.

Location was perfect. Close to bars,restaurants and shops. House is very spacious. Ideal for our family of 5. The house had everything. Beds were very comfortable and rooms and bedrooms were perfect. It was so peaceful exactly what we wanted. Carol was very helpful it really felt like a home from home. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.
