Breakfast starts at 7:30am which is a bit late for pilgrim. However, it’s worth to stay late for the breakfast as it was great.

Excellent view, very special old house with updated facilities. Very comfortable. Helpful staffs. Convenient location.

Nothing, this is a “return to spot” if we’re fortunate enough to revisit.

W.O.W. What a great find. My wife suffered from heat exhaustion and the staff was extremely gracious in getting her in early and making sure her needs were met. The facility is tremendous, the breakfast inviting and the location igreat for visiting city center and all the local cafes and restaurants. Two thumbs up!

The garden is slightly too wired. It could be better handled. There are no sun beds and there are areas with weeds.

It’s as close to the center as possible - 150 m. The biggest asset is the garden in the backyard. It’s surprisingly big and quiet. The hotel guests can talk each other. It’s a former giant house of wealthy family and you can imagine how it feels.

A kettle or way to make tea/coffee in the room would be nice, but breakfast is available early enough that it's a non-issue.

Lovely location near the river and historic center of town, perfect place to find a little luxury while walking the Camino! Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Beautiful and comfortable rooms in a refurbished stone building with lots of history, and very clean. Excellent breakfast spread too, and many good restaurants nearby.

    Nothing! It was great!

This is an absolutely beautiful property that takes one back to the times in which one did “The Grand Tour” and took rooms in a small, but well appointed hotel.

Finding the car park was very difficult. My Spanish was sufficient to go into the local police station to seek help with directions.

Very classy decor, safe parking, superb location, great continental breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful; especially Rebeca, the super efficient receptionist.

This is not a problem, but if you’re tall, and staying on the top floor, be aware of the angled ceilings or you might bump your head.

This beautiful, historical hotel was built in the 1700s. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful with directions and arranging transportation. The hotel was spotless and decorated with original furniture. However, the room furnishings were new and comfortable. We were in the top floor suite. It’s the only one on the floor and had a queen sized bed, trundle bed and chair that opened to a bed. The breakfast had fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, cakes, and pastries. The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes to the town square where the community gathers in the evening. Many restaurants to choose from. Easy walking to historical sights, parks and trails. It’s located on the Camino. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
