Great room! It even had a surprise terrace which was amazing. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good and the location is nice and quiet but within short walking distance from the city center. I'll definitely come back!

Great value for money. The hotel is located few minutes walk from the city center. The room has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. A bonus if you have a car is their hotel garage which was 10 EUR/night.

Good location in a residential area, 15 minutes on foot from Plaza España, some local eateries nearby. The hotel itself is neat, offers surprisingly good breakfast, there is an on site restaurant. Nice and helpful staff. Great for a 3-4 days in Palma. Very decent altogether.

Breakfast: The breakfast selection was comprehensive, featuring delicious baked goods, fresh yogurts, juices, and a variety of vegetables. It catered well to all tastes and dietary needs. Location: The hotel's location is highly convenient, with easy access to the metro, frequent bus services, and proximity to the city center and beach, all within walking distance. Staff: The Staff were exceptionally welcoming and responsive. We had an early checkout, and the reception promptly arranged a taxi for us, ensuring we managed all our timings perfectly.

Everything was great. A very clean and fantastically run hotel. Everyone friendly and super efficient. The breakfast and restaurant food is delicious and very well priced. It's very convenient, a few minutes walk in to the centre. Excellent value for money.

Fabulous stay at this hotel, perfectly located near the railway and a 15 minute walk into the town, staff lovely and friendly room was clean and comfortable, on-site restaurant was perfect for evening meal, and breakfast was included in the price so an added bonus

It is a bit aged, it does not really looks like the photos. It was very clean though.

Polite and helpful reception 24/7. We felt super safe at any time of the day. Hotel is located quite far from the center, but there are some bars and restaurant in the area.

Shower is lovely but hot water was in and out every 30 seconds, and when back it was really hot. Had to watch out to not get burn. Breakfast very simple

Location in city centre close to bull ring. Walking distance to bus / train station.Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar / restaurant area is ideal for a drink on the way out. Restaurant food looked nice ( we didn't eat here) and is patronised by locals as well as hotel guests. Exceptional value for money.

The main thing, we wanted from this accomodation was simply to spend the night there. We saw on booking really good price (like surprisingly low) and just made the reservation. When we arrived there, we were really surpised about everything. For that price we expected like some low-cost ubication, but the opposite was true. Really cool and helpful guy on the reception, the room was really clean and nice, bed really comfortable, a balcony to the street, clean bathroom. Just everything made sense. Everything. And last but not least, when we were leaving, I asked, if it was possible to call as a taxi, they just pressed one button and in a minute or two taxi was waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this accomodation and I will consider it on my next possible visit of Palma

Noise, from around 6 am there was unbearable noise from the hallway. Im not sure whether it was the cleaners or some else very clumsy but every single morning there was noise of doors closing, hitting everything around with broom or some stick etc.

This is a Good Hotel. The Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The Hotel was clean and also had a Gym. I loved my room. It had a Sun Terrace complete with Lounger. The room was modern decor with TV. The Hotel was 10 to 15 .minutes walk away from the main Train and Bus Station and close to Shops, Bars and Restaurants.and mini Supermarket's. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again. Also, the Restaurant was open for Breakfast, Lunch Dinner, or a Snack, during the day or evening..
