On Saturday the room was not cleaned till 1 p.m. We decided to rest and put up the sign do not disturb. On Sunday the room again was not cleaned till 3 p.m. we decided to go out. When we returned at 6 p.m. the bathroom and toilet were dirty. Only the bed was done. There was sand on the floor.

The hotel was clean. We enjoyed free coffee and biscuits every day. From Tuesday till Friday was cleaned properly on time.

I really liked the location: it is not far from the city center and also not so far from the beach. It was about 20 minutes in both directions. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. The communication via whatsapp was very fast. The staff helped a lot and answered all the questions. There was a possibility to drink coffee or tea in the main room. There was also a water cooler. I think that was very helpful with high temperatures in Valencia. Thanks a lot. I will definitely recommend this place to other visitors.

I never received the email with instructions to check-in. We arrived around 9 pm and didn't have the code to get inside, tried messaging the number provided and nobody replied (we couldn't call), we waited for almost an hour outside until another guest arrived and let us in. Once inside there was another code needed to get the room key, which again we did not have and thought we would have to sleep on the chairs or go find another hotel. It was our lucky day because the small safe with our room key was actually open and we managed to get into the room. We never received any answer or feedback from customer support.

The room was nice, clean and there was complimentary coffee. Location was also very good.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about Palacios rooms, other than the shower in the external bathroom had quite low water pressure which made it take longer to get washed. Sometimes we would notice a drain smell coming from the sink and shower in the bedroom which was unpleasant at times, but I am told this is common in Spain and it didn’t bother us too much.

The hostel was always kept very clean and the facilities were great. The beds were very comfortable, we had a good nights sleep every night during the time we stayed there. Liked the tea and coffee making area just outside our room, and the mini fridge inside the room was handy as well for breakfast and snacks. Checking in was very simple with the key codes and everything and when we did see staff during our stay they were very friendly.

The private bathroom we had in our room was super super tiny with not enough space to even turn around and just next to the shower is the toilet so when you get out of the shower you have to step out of the bathroom to dry and put your clothes on as there is no space.

The room had everything we needed from towels, hairdryer, glasses for water. Bed was comfortable and we could have breakfast as there were free coffee, tea, fresh water and cakes in the shared space. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were put on the beds. Thank you.

Maybe it's not the hotel's fault, but a common problem in Spain is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything.... like the neighbors flushing the toilet or closing doors, making it hard to sleep. Also, there is no real blanket on the bed you basically sleep under a thin sheet so big minus to comfort

The drains in the external bathroom emitted quite a pungent smell. It looked like a general problem of the city, as we experienced the same issue in several public bathrooms we used as well, but it's something particularly unpleasant in your own holiday apartment. Because the external bathroom didn't have a window either, it was difficult to circulate the air and basically impossible to get rid of the sewer smell.

The location was exceptional, and the building was renewed and felt very safe and secure. The facilities were really nice, with great attention to detail (e.g. water fountain, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc).

It was a little bit narrow and they did not have smart TV. Also instead of one double bed that we had requested , it had two separated.

Walls are so thin, that you can hear every word from other rooms. It was uncomfortable, escpecially at night. Poor ventilation, so humidity after shower is very high.

Beds are comfortable, clean pillows. Towels changed everyday during clearing. Warm room, you can use AC to chill/heat up.

The bed is a bit uncomfy and the walls are very thin. My room was also way less decorated than the photos.

Everything you need for a night plus some nice extras like water and soap, as well as a small breakfast area with packaged croissants, tea and coffee. The surrounding neighborhood is very cozy and walkable. I booked a room with a separate private bathroom and was pleasantly surprised to find a small sink and shower in my room as well. The autonomous arrival was very easy and the personnel were kind and helpful.
