Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFabulous stay - our room was so comfortable, a huge bed with lovely linen, fabulous shower room and a lovely private terrace outside. The communal areas were beautiful, so many places to sit around the glorious estate and toilets/showers by the pool and elsewhere were also so well maintained. Lovely fabrics everywhere and the authentic original features are so well maintained but sympathetically made modern too. Great pool with lovely views across the fields. Cheeky chickens roaming around and our 3year old loved visiting the cows, horses and pigs. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options and produce from the estate. Staff were so kind and helpful, especially staying up for our arrival at 1am, it was no inconvenience at all.

United KingdomThis place blew my mind. The tranquility, the friendliness of the staff, the wonderful breakfast, the finishing touches in the room. I visited with my partner whilst we were busy with a wedding at another location so sadly did not get to experience the wine tour or bbq, but this just gives me a great reason to go back. And I absolutely will because this is the best accommodation I have EVER stayed in. To me, it was perfect.

United States of AmericaI did not like that we had to go back home, we wanted to stay forever!
We cannot wait to go back! Every single thing was perfection. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating the entire time. The room was quiet and gorgeous, the pool was excellent, the wine and food was top notch. The chef did her best to accommodate our picky 5 year old even. Walking the grounds was so idyllic, and the winemaker even took time to talk with us. I really cannot say enough good things about this place.

United KingdomThere was little not to like here. You're surrounded by wildlife and the abundant cockerels definitely let you know when they've woken up in the morning, but we weren't especially disturbed by this.
Our young family had an excellent stay at Agroturismo Can Feliu - an idyllic setting a short drive from town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, with Stephanie in particular going above and beyond to make us feel at home. You could easily make this a base for travelling around the island, but we chose to just enjoy the grounds for 3 days. The evening meals were great, with the Paella night a particular highlight. The staff were kind enough to cook separately for our 3 year old daughter, who enjoyed splashing in the pool and playing in the wendy house when not stuffing herself with local olives! We enjoyed many glasses of the vineyards wine and Stephanie's tour and tasty was great. All in all a fantastic stay and we hope to come back. Thank you!

GermanyNothing, really. Only thing to mention is that we didn't always meet someone at the reception and the winery only opens in the afternoon. But they still made sure we had everything we needed.
- The Junior Suite was lovely with a nice view and perfect temperature/climate in April. - The staff and the owners are so caring and lovely! One night when we were the only guests, the owners cooked dinner for us. - There is the option to have a 4 course dinner at the property, the food was freshly cooked and delicious, also breakfast is good. Try the Bullfish wines! The option to use the nice shared kitchen is a plus, too. - The property is well maintained and lovely for kids to explore. - Every day our room was made when we returned from breakfast. I guess that's not always possible, but something I missed in so many luxury hotels.

United KingdomNot much really. We stayed in the family apartment and missed having a dust pan and washing up liquid, but there was daily cleaning and even our dishes were washed.
Really loved the place. So peaceful and serene. We were free to roam around and explore. The territory is big, chickens running around, fruit growing on trees. A few terraces to chill. The pool is nice as well. We had dinner on one of the evenings and enjoyed it. There are few nice restaurants and shops in Porreres so no problem getting food.
