Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomHaving a car is a must. It feels in the middle of nowhere which is a blessing for some but can be seen as inappropriate for others, but for us it was like quiet relaxation away from the crowd.
We liked the cleanliness and available resources, best was the outdoor swimming pool. Also the fact that its in the middle of the island, thus makes everything easier to approach

United KingdomThere were not sufficient number of staff (those that were there, worked very hard). Given that the hotel is remote, restaurant kitchen should be open all the time (it was closed for 3 nights that we wanted to eat -very frustrating as good food).
Very comfortable rooms and property has been converted to a good standard. Food was also very tasty.

Czech RepublicIt's a bit awkward for me to criticise because the stay was really lovely, but if I wanted to recommend something: 1) I could imagine a more varied breakfast selection (cava, ingredients for a full English breakfast etc.) and crispier bacon. 2) I would appreciate bottled water in the room (not just a small bottle in the minibar). 3) The cleaning staff should not want to enter the room on the day of check-out when we are packing.
Great isolated location, beautiful outdoor pool, nice indoor spa, perfect friendly staff, great dinner, beautiful room with private hot tub on the terrace.

United KingdomIt would have been great to have had the option of yoga or pilates classes . We found it strange to have to pay for drinking water - even one free bottle of water per day would have been appreciated!
Very kind and helpful team - it felt more like staying with friends. Lovely elevated location with commanding views over the surrounding countryside - especially from the infinity pool! Good choice of breakfast options. Our suite was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished and decorated - as were all the common areas. We'd certainly be happy to return.

ChinaAll the staff are very nice and kind. When you arrive there the first day, feels like back to a familiar place. They also offer welcome drinks. Rooms are clean and provide enough toiletries which brand is my favourite.😆 Many types of breakfast available. It locates in the middle of the island. Very easy to go every touristspot by car. We really have wonderful days here. Hope to visit again next time if there‘s chance.

GermanyFrom the moment I arrived at this stunning finca in Mallorca, the staff made me feel like part of the family, ensuring every moment was comfortable and relaxed. After 10 days, it truly felt like a home away from home. The finca itself is an oasis of tranquility, with beautifully rooms that offer both luxury and comfort. Waking up each morning in this environment was a dream. Big plus: the breakfast included many gluten-free and vegan options. The spa and pool area are also impressive. The pool is perfectly blending into the natural surroundings with stunning panoramic views of the countryside, and the spa provides great saunas, an indoor pool and wonderful massages. This finca is a perfect place to rest and recharge. Looking forward to coming back :)

Pretty much everything. The silence, the atmosphere, finally we had a chance to really disconnect and enjoy surroundings. This place is heavens sent if you are looking for a quiet retreat that respects your enjoyment. Special thanks goes to two people who went above and beyond in their service — Krasimir and Noeme, we sincerely appreciate your assistance and the fact that you are always smiling and looking for ways to improve our stay.

United KingdomUnfortunately there was an issue with the water pump and the shower stopped working one day, this was fixed the next day so not a massive issue. Also we had one day where the zircon broke, again this was fixed the next day. We also would have liked to be able to set the aircon lower than 20c but the system they have didn't allow it, I'm pretty sure this can be changed by the hotel admin as they seem to have a central control system.
Driving up to this hotel we were trying not to get our expectations up too much but it was hard as the property looks beautiful from the moment you see it, then when we walked into reception we were given a really great reception by Laura. They had managed to accommodate us for an early check in and she gave us a brief tour of the hotel which is really lovely, the last thing to see was our room and we were really happy when she showed us that our terrace had a jacuzzi - this wasn't mentioned before booking and was a really nice surprise. The room itself was nice, had a massive bed (superking?) and a great view of the countryside from our terrace. We really loved the infinity pool which was long enough to have a proper swim in (25 metres I think), and also had a jacuzzi section in it, as well as those great views and a bar. I think the hotel only has 25 rooms and is adults only so was really nice and peaceful most of the time (there was one group of about six people who were a bit loud but that's not the hotel's fault and thankfully they didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. Breakfast was nice, a modest buffet and it was possible to order a few things too (eggs, bacon, avocado on toast etc). The lunch options were ok but nothing to write home about, and the dinner was pretty good but most nights we went to either Sineu or Petra which are both really nice little towns nearby, no more than 15 mins drive away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Finca Sa Bastida, didn't really feel the need to go anywhere else during the days as it's so nice and relaxing there (oh I forgot - there's a nice little spa there too with sauna and steam room and I had a massage there too which was amazing), the staff there really are worth a mention as they were all really nice, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, shoutout to Laura, Irina, Georgi, Melinna, Kras & Anabel (apologies if I've misspelled anyones name!)

United KingdomVegetarians, vegans and all sorts of allergies are well catered for by the excellent buffet breakfast, but more choice at dinner would be appreciated, especially for non-meat eaters. However, it’s a small price to pay for this otherwise exceptional experience.
A beautiful old finca, converted to a hotel with the highest specification (in-room Bluetooth audio, huge comfortable beds, the finest linen, sumptuous bathrooms, good A/C). The property is on a hillside, over looking the landed estate, so there is a lovely breeze most days. The pool is large and there is plenty of seating around it, so you needn’t feel crowded. Snacks and drinks are delivered to your sun-bed. A terrace over looking the hills is a great place for breakfast and to just sit and listen to the sheep. Free bicycles to use in the nearby beautiful countryside. Most importantly, the kindest and most friendly staff we have ever encountered- we felt like family within 24 hours. And they made me a beautiful cake for my birthday!

SwitzerlandNot much I can think of. If I have to be picky, I'd say it would be good to have a wider menu selection.... But even then, the staff often took orders for us that were not even on the menu. Like very tasty strawberry daiquiris for us to enjoy by the pool. So I can't complain 😌
We loved our stay here. We spent a whole week. The facilities are of a high standard, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the views are stunning and the pool is fantastic. We loved watching the sunsets by the pool... I would recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowds.

United KingdomThere were no cons whatsoever!
The hotel is beautiful and being relatively new it’s immaculate. The service and staff are all wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, you have the option of a la carte and also from the buffet. The pool is one of the nicest pools we’ve ever been to, it was always really quiet and the pool bar open for cocktails and lunch was also lovely and extremely convenient if you’re relaxing by the pool. Overall a super relaxing stay and it really did feel at times we had the place to ourselves. The room was also extremely comfortable, huge bed and great air conditioning which was needed! A car is definitely needed as the hotel is very rural, but because you are in the middle of the island you have access to everything!
