At our arrival the apartment was dirty, especially the bathroom (toilet with stains, shower with white marks on the glass, black zone on the wal and floor), dirty and spotted microwave, dirty and sticky kitchen furniture, bad smelling couch. We appreciate the location, also the bed linen and towels were clean.

The location was great, big terrace, near city centre, metro, shops and restaurants.

Worn off sofa, almost falling apart, outdated bathroom but it served the purpose. Biggest minus is the smell from pipes. First second i walked in, i was welcomed with unpleasant smell, propably coming from drainage or pipes. It smelled like someone used toilet and didn't open the window. Mattress was little bit hard.

Biggest plus of this property is the terrace. Its on top floor, lots of sun and not so much noice. Located 10 min walk from historic quarter

The only problem was that it was cold at night. There is no central heating in the apartment. The owner left an electric heater but actually it was really hard to use it. After we start it, we've lost eletricity in our aparment few times. We had to lower the level of temperature but at that time it was a little bit cold in the room. So propably it's perfect place in the summer but in the winter you have to be prepered with a little bit cold nigts.

Room should be bigger , it was so small for three persons. Not value for money. Even folding dinning table never opened dur to small space.

The apartment had everything we needed for a two-night stay in Valencia. The location was ideal—just a few steps from Ángel Guimerá Metro Station and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the town centre. Just a heads-up: the apartment is on the rooftop, nine flights up, but there's a small lift if you'd rather not take the stairs. The staff were friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp. They were very accommodating and even helped us arrange an earlier check-in. The beds were comfortable, and the real highlight for us was the large outdoor terrace—a sunny spot all day long. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Valencia.

Facilities were very poor, 2 toilet rolls provided for 2 people for 5 days when requested we were told that no one is around to provide any. Toiletries were basic and no conditioner. Cutlery and towels looked dirty.
