Lots of light, terrace was great, quiet, close to metro

Kitchen could be better equipped. Cutting board, dish drain, spatula for starters…

Room should be bigger , it was so small for three persons. Not value for money. Even folding dinning table never opened dur to small space.

The apartment had everything we needed for a two-night stay in Valencia. The location was ideal—just a few steps from Ángel Guimerá Metro Station and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the town centre. Just a heads-up: the apartment is on the rooftop, nine flights up, but there's a small lift if you'd rather not take the stairs. The staff were friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp. They were very accommodating and even helped us arrange an earlier check-in. The beds were comfortable, and the real highlight for us was the large outdoor terrace—a sunny spot all day long. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Valencia.

Location was amazing

Facilities were very poor, 2 toilet rolls provided for 2 people for 5 days when requested we were told that no one is around to provide any. Toiletries were basic and no conditioner. Cutlery and towels looked dirty.

Uncomfortable couch for sleeping, no toаster, no oven. The iron had not only scratches but rough surface. Watch out with it!

The terrace is so lovely

Roof top terrace. Nice hot shower. Comfy bed. Nespresso. Easy walk to the centre.

Teabags would have been welcome.

The location was great, big terrace, near city centre, metro, shops and restaurants.

At our arrival the apartment was dirty, especially the bathroom (toilet with stains, shower with white marks on the glass, black zone on the wal and floor), dirty and spotted microwave, dirty and sticky kitchen furniture, bad smelling couch. We appreciate the location, also the bed linen and towels were clean.

excellent apartment in a good location, has a large terrace, comfortable bed, solidly equipped kitchen... we stayed here for the second time and everything is ok

Not cozy at all. Kitchen is not well equipped. Too much and annoying lights. One of shutters are not working.

Air condition, tarrace, location

Not that clean and a bit used. We’ve got only one quilt for family of two. Our code has been changed and hour before check out time so we couldnt get into the apartament to collect our luggage. We had to wait for over 15 minutes in hot with two small children for the staff to let us in for our luggage. It was unnecessary, unpleasant and stressful. Tiny elevator goes to 7th floor and then you have to go up by stairs.

Good location

Place is very worn out. Nothing like on the pictures. Need some renovation. Cleaning should be improved. Dust under beds and wall paper was covered in dust .

The apartment is located near the metro, which is great when you come by plane because it has a direct line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center. Food shops and restaurants are nearby, which is a plus
