- It would need a bit more of cutlery - A bit noisy probably because it is on the ground floor and you can hear the door of the complex opening and closing (but my experience in Tenerife is that buildings don't have great isolation).

Quiet area, nice place to stay away from massive hotels. A lot to do in the area. Hugo is very responsive & kind host. Great apartment and very good arrangement for working from home. Swimming pool available, easy access to the beach and town. Highly recommended.

It was all good.

Lots of space, well equipped - enough towels, toilet roll; loved the decor, very comfortable. Pool area pretty quiet and chilled (went first week of April, 2 weeks before school Easter holidays in UK), pool big enough to have quite a decent swim. Close enough to supermarket and taxi (for when need to return to the airport), nice beach about 5 or so minutes walk away. Rosa shopping centre also only about 10 or so minutes walk away.

Personal opinion but the apartment lacked storage, there were no drawers in either bedrooms or no mirrors. The neighbours opposite were particularly loud, especially as I’m a light sleeper, this may not bother others though.

The property is located just up the hill from the main restaurants/shops/beach. The apartment was incredibly clean & fresh looking. The balcony was a nice size too.

It would have been nice to have had two sets of keys. There were no tea towels In the twin room comfy mattress but bed frames were rather flimsy

Great clean apartment. The pool area is lovely with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. In the kitchen there is a new big fridge freezer and the oven is perfectly clean. Easy parking out on the road. Nice, cosy apartment with everything you need for a holiday in the south of Tenerife. Free parking in front of the apartment. The host was on the spot after sending a message from the airport with the time of arrival. The apartment was clean. A large balcony with two seats, living room with TV (Google Chromecast) and wifi internet (good speed!). Two bedrooms, one with TV. Large bathroom with a nice rain shower. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washing machine was handy to have. Pool is not large but good for a splash or sunbathing (plenty of sun loungers).

Town itself is pretty little so there weren’t plenty of restaurants but it wasn’t an issue at all.

The location is amazing, you have have a beach a few minutes walk away, bus stop just down the hill, supermarket nearby and great restaurants just past the bus stop. Given the location comes with a pool you have more than you need even if you don't plan on sight seeing too much. We are very active and were happy to see that certain tours offered pick locations just beside the apartment complex. The place itself is amazing, it provides all the utilities you need and then some(was very happy to see cooking oil and spices, coffee makers and coffee available). Feels very homey even though it's modern design. Spacious bathroom, cozy terrace. Overall awesome stay, me and my other half were more than satisfied.

Apartment windows are to the street, it was a bit noisy for me in the mornings. But I'm very sensitive to sleep, all other family members had no issues with that.

Very clean and shiny apartment with a good balcony with curtains for privacy. There is everything you need. Good size tv, fast internet, good size swimming pool, with always plenty of free sunbeds. Short walk to the beach, the town center, and a small supermarket. We rented a car, so there were plenty of free parking spaces on the street next to the apartment. Our family enjoyed staying there.

definitely I suggest that sofa need be clean at living room and bed need top madras because it’s too hard. they neighbor can be loud sometimes but other we love the place :)

its very nice place and appartment has everything you need:) and so nice pool with not so many people :) we love it. a lot of places to eat and shop it’s just walk from home also beach. it’s perfect place if you want drive around and see more that’s we did also. host was so amazing and we came last Sunday and he even has make some food for us and buy some things for breakfast. it was just excellent :)

We stayed in another place for the same price the week before our stay, so we base our remarks on these two experiences. It doesn’t happen very often that we get disappointed by a place with 9.6 rating. However, there were several inconveniences - the main one, the beds are extremely squeaky. Not just a little, a lot. So it affected our sleep - it would wake us up during the night as we turned. Luckily, it did not wake our baby in the cot. One bedroom has blinds, but other bedroom/living room has only see-through curtains, so you don’t get much privacy or dark as another apartment windows/balconies are right across. Secondly, some kitchen dishes were dirty and the knives were sharp, but they bend a lot. Pots are also quite worn down but they work okay. Last but not least, the towels. Two of them were good quality/newer but the rest has seen better days. I don’t mind cheap brands but then they need to be replaced more frequently. I also want to add to previous comments about noise: you can hear cars from the road but that wasn’t a big hindrance. One night, there were loud/screaming neighbours until midnight or so, so we closed the balcony/windows and the rest of our stay it didn’t repeat. The light and the squeaky beds were our main issue. I also want to add that we do not expect 5* experience from this type of accommodation and we we spend most of the days outside of the apartment, but it would really be thoughtful to invest in a bit more quality cutlery/pots and beds/mattresses. I looked forward to the pool but was anxious about the night sleep. It’s possible the owner doesn’t know about these issues, so I hope this review will be an opportunity to check these things as the host seemed nice and caring in person.

Hugo was very nice and friendly and the accommodation is close to a playground, the beach and grocery store as well as other shops. We also loved the pool - the water was clean and perfect temperature, the sun beds are new and very comfortable and it was never crowded. The apartment itself is very spacious and there was Disney+ available which we discovered by accident as we do not watch TV, but could be great for some families. The apartment was also clean.
